Maybe come up with a system so that everyone is able to at least get some mail instead of not getting anything. I understand that everything is crazy right now but it is also a sucky situation when people don’t receive any mail

The Bigfork Postal ladies are a jewel and we love seeing them everyday. They are a very big perk to the job of our home-based business for Special Olympic Athletes shipping pet bandanas & masks. They're unfailingly patient and ALWAYS greet us with smiles!! Lots of times they cheer for us too, or even sing. They're patient when we're working on money and transaction skills, and assist us with shipping our very important packages everyday. Miss Ginger, Miss Darlina, Miss Jennifer, Miss Dee, and Mr Tyler...THANK YOU

Was in PO 11:30 this morning, went to front desk to provide slip to staff for a parcel and noticed one staff had no mask and the second had their's around her neck. Tried to call number for PO 837 4479 and received a busy signal every time. Please be more accountable for during this time as we all have to work together and keep from spreading unnecessary sickness. Thanks and be well

I had been waiting for a register letter. My email alert advised it would be here on Thursday 8/15/2019. I waited days to be here to sign for. When Monday 8/19 rolled around my postal email didn't show any pkg. By 1pm I went to post office frustrated. My letter was there!!! When I questioned why, I was advised my postal person was slammed and didn't leave till 11am for delivery and couldn't respond for her. OK I went home and watched when my mail was delivered by her. Inside my box was a orange slip stating "sorry we missed you"! REALLY???? one would hope when someone has a registered letter carrier should know it must be important!! Really disappointing

Delivery at our address is sporadic at best. Slightest amount of snowfall and we are skipped. Worst service. I wish there was an alternative to using the post office.
