I had a delivery today that came from Amazon. The box was small, but would not fit in the mailbox. Instead of leaving it on our porch or near the front door as was stated in the delivery info on Amazon, it was left on the back of our golf cart on the other side of our yard in the rain along with regular mail. This is unacceptable.

They never answer the phone and are so rude. We never get mail and have to call to figure out why.

My wife and I have to constantly call the the Taylorsville Post Office when we receive packages that do not fit in the small mailbox. They never leave us a key to get it from one of the bigger boxes nor do they even put a card in our box notifying us the package is there. 3 days after the package is received, we still have to call up there and tell them to put it in a box to where we can get it. Why??
