I had a great experience today with Felicia at the office. My elderly mother forgot to put stamps on her mail that she placed in the box outside. Felicia went out of her way to obtain the mail from the box and she took care of the problem. There was nothing negative I can say about my experience dealing with this issue. She was more than kind and patient. I wish all employees could be like her. She was great.
