Even though we did not receive mail Yesterday, (08/05) my informed delivery said it was out for delivery. I do not believe the mail ever came anywhere on Biddix Evans RD. Since I had a check coming that showed up on informed delivery, I am concerned. But on a Better Note. MS. Inger is one of the best postal employees I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Always helpful, and a great personality.

We live in Spanish Cove Subdivision in Ocean Springs just off of Old Spanish Trail parallel to Hanshaw Road! We have a community box with keys to our receptacles. I have noticed that a postman in a mail truck delivers to some of my neighbors! I want to know what the reasoning is and would like mine delivered since my husband and I are both handicapped ! Why the favoritism! These neighbors are definitely not handicapped! They even receive mail on Sundays! Please explain!

Ever since the new administration in Washington has underhandedly taken over my mail never comes at the same time, plus anything I order online the tracking shows a particular date, but it is never delivered on said date. What is happening? This is a tax payer runned office, yet you all cannot seem to keep up. Defund the USPS!

I live on Davidson rd. Our regular delivery person is so considerate. He regularly leaves the mailbox door open, even if raining, so we can tell at a glance if we have rain. So far nothing has been stolen. Today our mail was even pretorn for the recycling bin.

Yesterday our mailbox door was hit and bent out of shape. This is a direct result of the door NOT being closed after our mail was delivered. Today, before we could fix it, the door was forced closed and bent even further. We are now looking at a new box and as ours was hand painted by a local artist, this makes it even more of a hassle. This CAN NOT HAPPEN AGAIN!!

Last Saturday 1/17/2020 the carrier threw a box into the ditch by our mailbox. A week before we came home to find a big box sitting in the yard behind the mailbox. Anyone could stop and pick this up. We suspect this is the lazy sub that we’ve had issues with since last year. Our regular carrier Danny is out standing! He would never be so careless with our mail or packages.

Don't call Ocean Springs Post Office and bother them. After being placed on hold from an answering recording. Duration 5 minutes, then someone hung up on me.

Inger at the Ocean Springs post office makes a poor postal experience everytime I am in her line at the branch. This morning she harassed me when I tried to send a paper back by Media Mail. She asked what kind of book I was sending, I could only reply an education paper back I sold on eBay. She told me this wasn't a good enough answer and if I couldn't tell her the exact book then she couldn't post my mail for me. I took my package and mailed it in D'Iberville where I not only had zero issues but was told a book only has to be 8 pages long to be considered a book and sent Media Mail. My package was a thin water and tear resistant material and anyone could feel I was mailing out a paper back with more than 8 pages. I sell used books on eBay, I am always mailing something out. The last time I was in Inger's line with books she wanted to open the cardboard box to which I told her she could. She kept flipping the box over and over and shaking it saying it sounded loose and if she decided it weren't books she could open it. I invited her to open the box in hopes it would make the poor service go faster. She instead proceeded to finish the transaction with a sour attitude. I will be mailing my packages through D'iberville where the employees are trained wonderfully and do their jobs with knowledge and pleasantry. I suggest Inger be trained in how to post books by Media Mail. Thank you

Just had the second out of three packages in three weeks misdelivered by substitute mail carriers. Both misdeliveries were by substitute mail carriers, so the mistake rate for the substitutes is 100%. The bad thing is that the people to whom they misdeliver MY packages always try to keep them and never try to get them back to me. USPS Ocean Springs needs to fire their substitute mail carriers and hire people who can actually READ addresses.

Had tried 800 # for USPS as well. Most ANNOYING voice menu ever. Please do your jobs and be available to actually help postal customers. Staff sufficiently and serve PLEASE.

The Ocean Springs post office is really an eye sore inside and out. It's embarrassing for our community. Not only is it not kept clean and groomed nicely, but it's very slow and inefficient. I go all the way to the Gulfport post office many times just to avoid going here.

I could put up with the untidiness if they hadn't misdelivered my mail for the fourth time in five weeks. Every time before they misdelivered the package, but this time it was a package AND all other mail.

Sent my daughter a Mother's Day card, May 11, 2017 in a Priority Mail hard cardboard mailing envelope to ensure it DID NOT get torn up as others have done in the past. Well, the extra money I spent DID NOT ensure it did not get bent because she got it from her mail box BENT and covered in a brown liquid, actually still wet !! (This is not the first time she has received damaged cards delivered via USPS is why I'm writing this review.) THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! We consumers pay a lot of money to mail items especially via Priority Mail to ensure our recipients receive items timely and in the condition we sent it in!! From now on when sending her items, even a card, I will use UPS so that I can ensure the items arrive in the condition I put them into the envelope. This is ridiculous!! Also, filing a complaint with USPS Headquarters. I should be able then to show pictures of the damaged envelope and card and at least get my $6.95 back if not the full insurance amount of $50 as insured by the USPS.

There is a black lady that works at the front counter with old "Vern" at the Ocean Springs USPS. I have observed her when I'm in line and watched and listened to her give customers attitude and lie to them for months now. Example: an elderly lady told the lady at the counter that she had not received a package that the sender told her had been sent and that tracking showed it had gotten as far as the Ocean Springs post office. This counter lady told her that tracking showed they had not received it. The elderly lady asked her if she could see the tracking and was told "no, we don't do that here". I myself got a slip in the mail saying a package was waiting for me that needed my signature. The counter lady told me "good thing you're picking it up today because we were going to send it back tomorrow", I asked "really, after just one day"? she said "tracking shows it has been here since Jan 24th". When I got home I looked at tracking. They had forwarded it to tampa then orlando, mobile, gulfport, and it had arrived back in OS the day before I got the slip in my mailbox.

I'm not happy with how the usps at Ocean Springs work at all.I suppose to get my 2 package today. But they didnt delivery them.I checked on the website and it said "undeliverable address".This happens couple times already. And I do have my name and my husband name in the mailbox.I don't understand why they dont check it,and they also put neighbor's mails in our mail box.I am not happy at all with this. The usps should talk or do something with them.
