Please call my wife at 601-832-2092 I am very upset because our mail carrier cannot put the mail in the right mailboxes and packages not only have we complained the neighbors are complaining about it

We are always getting someone else mail and not receiving our mail at 2028 Upton Road Crystal Springs Mississippi 39059 we have not yet received any of our packages every day we are getting mail that is not ours are putting someone else's mailbox either the mail carrier is not doing her job or does not understand the addresses please call my wife is 601-832-0292 we are going to file a complaint on the carrier because she's putting mail where it's not supposed to be
