Postal Locations

How is it 2020 and these people still don’t have call waiting. This is by far the most ridiculous post office I’ve ever had to deal with. USPS SHOULD BE DISGUSTED!

Today my child and I had a gate lowered on us luckily we were not hurt. I was at the counter filling out my envelop and she lowers the gate while I am yelling for them to stop. Having to move my kid and grab my stuff as quickly as possible. Then she opens the door and rudely tells me they close at 11 for lunch I had to ask her if I could grab the rest of my mail the was on the other side of the gate. She lifts it up so I can grab my things. When telling her what happened she had zero remorse and tells me again that lunch is at 11. So my child is crying because it scared her and the woman is rude and closes the door. No empathy not even a apology.

This post office is ridiculous. They either don’t answer the phone or the number is busy for hours, then of course they close for lunch. I have had important paperwork returned saying no mail receptical when the mail box is LITERALLY at the road next to the home! If these people don’t want to do their job then fire them and hire someone who will!!!
