Mailed three bills with checks. One took 27 days to arrive and the other 31 days to arrive, the third never did arrive. Had to pay late fees and stop payment fee. Something desperately wrong with postal service.

Went to the post office this morning to do a change of address for my deceased mother, I was told they were out of change of address forms that I could do that online. I told him I couldn't because she was deceased and online doesn't allow you to. The USPS worker said well you can't do it here either. So unprofessional and uncaring. No I am sorry or any advice on how to get it done. I called and made a complaint and was told they would talk to the employee. I hope they actually do talk to him so no one else has to be treated the way I was this morning. Oh and how does a post office run out of change of address forms?????

On my January 27 informed delivery notice, I was to receive 5 pieces of mail. On that day I received no mail at all. On January 28, I received none of the mail from Jan 27. I did receive 3 pieces of informed delivery for that date. The Jan 27 mail included a W-2 I will need. Please check this issue. Thank you. Address is 1701 Park Avenue, SC 63301.

I filed a complaint because a package failed to be delivered due to 'Animal Interference' even though at the time of the alleged interference, I was in my front yard, no animals were present and no postal truck was on the street. Oh, and the package was small enough to fit in the mailbox, so the carrier would not have to leave their vehicle. The supervisor called to check on my complaint and after hearing my story said that she would have to believe her carrier, even though she hadn't spoken with him/her. When I asked if that meant she didn't believe me, she hung up. Inexcusable. I have filed another complaint...this time with the USPS inspector general's office.

I called yesterday. I was curious to if our mailman was ok or what was going on. My side of the street the odd number side of Houston street no one had received mail in over 3 days thou the even side had been receiving mail. The lady on the phone was so rude she said that’s not her problem so I had to call back at 9am n try to catch my carrier on the phone before he left. I asked if she could take a message and give it her supervisor or post master general to look into it. She said no I have to call back at 9am and speak to my carrier. This is ridiculous I have 2 large checks I’m waiting on that we’re mailed last week also I am a human I am worried about my mailman is he ok. Our block loves him. This is the worst service ever. I still need someone to look into this

Kevin #9 clerk is a poor representative for the usps. He has a black attitude & will not give a straight answer on questions. Always sidetracked the question, is he just that dumb or it has to be a black attitude? No help each time I have asked, no issues in Maryland heights post office. Just this black bald no help clerk.

This past year I mailed a sculpture to be exhibited in the Washington DC area. I was assured of its safe delivery and paid insurance on top of this.Through all my worries it was delivered broken. The post office never paid me a single penny for the damage, refunded my mailing costs, apologized or stood behind the insurance claim! It was a total scam, totally dishonest and unethical. If you purchase insurance how can this be? The reciprient sent pictures of the damage for proof. Letters were written to no avail. Our postal system is truly a disgrace.

We recently had our mail put on hold because we were out of state on vacation. My husband is the one that put in the request he could not remember the date that he wrote down for it to be delivered back to the house. I called yesterday March 5, 2018 twice, the first time I called someone I did not get their name and to say the least they were a little bit rude however they did ask her my phone number and said that someone would call me. I waited and I waited and I waited and nobody ever called back. I called back again and it was probably around six And this person said that the delivery person was still out and would stop by. We never received anything we never received a phone call back or any explanations I called this morning and this woman did not say who or what her name was, went and looked up the information and came back and rudely informed me that the reason that we did not receive an email yesterday was because on the list that was put in the post office to be started back was to be on March 6 which is today. I apologized and I said and I am so very sorry my husband is the one that put in the request and I hate to say this but you were being very rude. She was not very nice and not very helpful show sounds like the lady I spoke yesterday afternoon. I have to say is if this is how this location is going to continue to treat people I’m going to make sure people know about how rude they are.

I normally don't deal with the post-office staff when I come in to get my mail for my company in the P.O. Box, however, due to the Post Office moving to a new location, the last few days I have had to deal with a couple of people that work there. Thank goodness I don't have to deal with them daily as both employees were rude, and acted bothered. It was just not with me as the elderly person in front of me was treated rudely as well. If you can't be friendly you should not be in a customer service position. I have been in customer service for over 30 years and know how I like to be treated and try to be that way no matter how busy I get or how bad my day is.
