I'm very disappointed and frustrated with the Park Hills USPS. An item I ordered from Amazon on Feb. 25th arrived at the Park Hills facility, less than a mile away from me, on the 27th. It was then sent to Cuba, Mo. It was to be delivered March 2nd except now it won`t be because its now at the carrier facility in Warrendale Pa Distribution Center.

Would just like to know why tracking tells me the destination and arrival of my pkg and the Park Hills USPS keeps sending it back to the previous location. My local post office is only 10 miles away.

Our mail for 110 Ashton Ct is to be forwarded since 12/1. It’s not being forwarded, it’s being returned to sender. Called the post office and mo answer for last 3 days. Park Hills mo post office.

During an “after-hours” call to the main USPS auto 800 number I was electronically switched to the local post office in Park Hills. A woman answered the phone, but after I started talking she immediately hung up without a word. I don’t blame her for being mad to have been abruptly pulled away from her undoubtedly essential assigned and expected tasks, but she could have said something like “Sorry sir we’re closed” and made a half-hearted and ultimately futile attempt to switch back to the automatic system. But evidently even a mere modicum of marginal service is beyond the reach of frontline recipients of the legendarily more-than-adequate paychecks issued by the USPS payroll. All I want to know is the meaning of “delivered to a postal locker in Park Hills” and whether that indicates a package is still in the possession of the USPS or is it in the hands of some other institutional or personal entity of unknown veracity and ethics. Is the package “lost” or can I still expect delivery at some future day and time (and perhaps other-than-stated-delivery-address since that appears to have been unacceptable to the original postal carrier) that the USPS deems reasonable and convenient? Chances are the rude woman could have answered that question while she pretended to attempt to transfer my call.

Not sure why you cant answer the phone but need to know how to talk to my carrier about not receiving other people's mail anymore. I'm getting 5+ a day it seems of mail that belongs to previous residents. By residents I mean 12 different people.

Our Box by Highway 221 is CLEARLY marked as 3954 we are constantly getting mail for others around us. Wished our mail person would check the address before leaving the mail.

Not receiving mail since last week. USPS claims unknown dog in area so they refuse to deliver residents mail and are holding it at the office during inclement weather. Why are we being punished for one persons lack of animal control? Why doesn’t USPS call local police/animal control? Since when did a dog stop mail persons from doing there duties?

Had a package I was tracking pop up saying at OUT FOR DELIVERY at 7:21am. Then at 4:28pm the same day, it said DELIVERED, INDIVIDUAL PICKED UP AT PO (Post Office). That in itself is odd, but when I tried to call to check on what happened THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE..! They open at 7:30am. Been calling every 5 minutes since they opened. It is now 8:15am. Just keeps ringing. Number called is (573) 431-4906. This is ridiculous..! I don’t understand out it can be out for delivery but picked up at the Post Office (PO). ANSWER YOUR PHONE OR AT LEAST HAVE A RECORDING EXPLAINING WHY YOU CANT..! If I could give negative stars I would. Bad customer service with a package that is a granddaughters birthday present can cause a lot of stress..!

I did not receive the package Park Hills Post Office said they delivered. I went to check the mail as soon as the postal service person pulled up to the mailbox.I guess I’ll have to find out where I send my attorney to.

I was just curious as to why the mail comes way later on some days and super early on others. I've noticed that the drivers is the main difference but didnt know if that changes their route or it's a fixed route and some are just that much faster than others

Park hills post office Missouri 63601. allowed my mail to be stolen out of several mailboxes at park hills location on camera. Checked forged. House reads forged. My credit trashed. N everything I worked for and manifested my entire life. It's not funny. They commited felonies. They do not have enough integrity to be in charge of people's mail. My good intensions manifested my life and mail. The least they can do is fire the head postmaster and hire me. I'd never ever hurt a person with my accomplishments like this establishment has done to me.

Our mail box was hit so we moved it when we got a new one and wasn’t receiving mail! I’m sitting on my couch and look out to a red vehicle waving me to come outside! The mail carrier asked if I got her letter I had no idea what she was talking about! She then states until I move my mailbox up 3 ft she won’t be delivering my mail! That’s no big deal we will move it the rudness and tone in her voice it what set me off! She also refused to hand me my mail that was in her hands! When I called the office the lady was also very rude and stated if her employee answered her phone she may come back to hand it to me!! I couldn’t believe the amount of disrespect in these two women!!

My sister mailed two very important letters to me from Illinois. Normally it takes at the most two days. It's been a week, I haven't received either one. The post office where she lives verified the letters were picked up from where she lived. But still nothing. These letters and everyone else's that seems to have gone missing are very important

I mailed off 2 Christmas Letter's in Farmington Mo box outside of their Post Office on Fri Dec 28th 2018. Neither letter reached their destination. I've never gotten them back either. Not sure what is going on but we are lucky to receive our mail at all too. PLEASE CHECK INTO THIS. Thanks

There is something wrong with the post offices in this area Park Hills and Farmington. Both of them have ignorant employees, can't read addresses properly, and mail goes missing and noone cares. I was suppose to recieve a package in the mail it says recieved, of course it's not here. I called the PO they said yea we left it there....Basically what this means is we scanned it so if you can't find it not our fault it's yours now. I do not know what kind of policy it is and why they are not held accountable. If this was medicine or something extremely important I'd be dead and they would shrug their shoulders without any consequences. In farmington I didn't even bother getting my mail half the time it belonged to other people and my stuff was in other people's mailboxes. Pretty pathetic when you can't read numbers and that's the main part of your job. So anyway it's not just Park Hills PO that sucks also Farmington, it must be something in the water in this general area. Good luck with your packages everyone I'd use exclusively fedex or ups if I had the option at least they deliver and make sure you get it. USPS just scans your item tosses it in a blue dumpster and says "Yep I delivered that! Not my problem any more"

This is the third time I had a problem picking up a package that was dropped off there from UPS. I order things online all the time and normally don't have issues when things are being shipped. But in this case the lady behind the counter at the Park Hills, MO location (Karen) did not make any attempt to look for my package. She has done so in the past but I always remember her being negative about it. Is this common practice for customer service? Am I not supposed to ask an associate to look for a package when it's there and not going to be delivery until the next day?
