I will never change my address with uses again. I will call everyone first. For some reason the usps could get my bills processed but the 2 checks I had in the mail took 34 days for the first one. The second one came 32 days later. This is absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. Then when I enquired about them they were rude smart asses. I guess they think they are above me since I don't have a federal job. literally not one employee was nice to me nor would even look in to it.I guess they also forgot I pay their wages yet wanna treat me like Shit. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU

Inquiring about mail package that was expected and never arrived case was opened by the recipient who was called by their local post office in Osage Beach, Missouri 65065 at 7:15am on February 16, 2021 call was made by Mark a voicemail was left for recipient stating the package whereabouts was in Kansas City, Kansas and that is all the information he had the Osage Beach phone lnumber was left to call if any questions called to many times to count getting dIsconnected my package was priority mail my questions are why did it sit in neighboring state for a week ??? First excuse used was the Corona Virus the next excuse was weather AND AND I STILL HAVEN’T HEARD OR BEEN ABLE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE THAT WORKS AT USPS I AM A CUSTOMER I AM A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES WE PAY YOUR WAGES We do not I repeat we do not want to respond to automated messages on a constant regarding OUR PROPERTY I AM WANTING A RESPONSEl BY PHONE IMMEDIATELY I WILL BE TAKING A PICTURE OF THIS MESSAGE AND IT WILL BE IN THE FILE TITLED USPS MY NUMBER IS 309-222-4372
