I paid a ridiculous 300 dollars to send 2 chickens to Missouri overnight. I was told they would arrive at 1215. I informed my friend who was to pick then up to be there at 1215 and they were closed. There were both the address and phone number on the delivery information and NO attempt was made to contact the recipient, knowing full well there were LIVE ANIMALS inside the box, as it was labeled with the words LIVE ANIMALS. This is outrageous and I'm very pissed off because of the fact it not only costed me 300 dollars but then there was no effort on your end to ensure the 300$ LIVE ANIMAL package was delivered safely.

December 12 2019 I mailed a Christmas card to 419 E 2nd St Marshfield MO 65706. It was returned as undeliverable the first week of May. I mailed the card again on May 11, updating the address to 419 E Second St. it was returned today as undeliverable. I cannot understand this. My friend lives in a home in your town and suggested that I send mail to her parents house because she often has trouble receiving mail. Complete and utter failure in your job! Perhaps you should use an app to find houses in your town. I have wasted a dollar and am not sure if I will send it to her parents home or just see how many tries it takes you to get one piece of mail delivered.

What else???? They said they sent an apology letter. To West Jackson??? The people who kept my stuff??
