Been waiting for a package that started off with UPS, then transferred to USPS, Lowry City, MO. Was told package was out for delivery today 2/17/2024. I knew it wouldn't fit into the mail box, so why did the postal service take over delivery if they knew it wouldn't either? I live 1/2 mile from the mailbox. Why couldn't the driver take 5 minutes to deliver the package? Wasted my whole Saturday morning waiting in case it required a signature. No wonder the postal service is collapsing. What happened to basic customer service? Now I have to wait an extra day because of it being Presidents Day on Monday. This is B.S. Can't even trust the USPS anymore.
