Three times now, not receiving a package marked delivered! Second time my package was in the post mans car and I was able to catch him in the act of trying to steal it, I believe. Was told some lame story that he put it in the wrong box. No one answers at the annex.

Our mailboxes are at an entrance of a trailer park. No where near our street. Aside from the danger of trying to pick up our mail on the busy BB hwy we have mail that is disappearing. So either the carrier is keeping thing or someone is stealing out of our mailbox. Just so happens 2 car titles that show delivered were never in the mail. We contact our post office and they placed it on the annex which never answer the phone! Something needs to be done about the thieves helping their selves to our mail.

My tracking # 9361289680090514212051 shows my package from Amazon was delivered to my front door but it was not. I was home all day waiting for my package but it never came. Tried to call post office in Hollister and Branson but could not speak to a person just a machine. This is the second time for this items to be sent to me from Amazon the first time got package but item inside was broken inside box Amazon sent me another free of charge but I didn’t get my package from USPS. I’m so disappointed with USPS package delivery service.
