The ladies that wait on me in the office are always professional and sweet! They help make my day!

I had two packages that were supposed to be delivered to me today, Saturday, July 9. Well, one package was delivered that belongs to me, but the other belongs to someone else. The second package that is mine was suddenly deemed “Undeliverable”. How in the world is that? You can give me someone else’s but I can’t have my own? I know mistakes can be made, but this is lame because now I can’t have that item that I needed today. When you’re ready to deliver mine, you can deliver the one you mistakenly gave to me.

This has got to stop. My neighbor and We were sitting outside when the mail truck just SPED by. Blonde driving the truck @ 3:10 pm saturday 5/21. She came to a SKID at the mailbox, flipped down the maibox door and slammed it shut. Turned the truck around in our driveway and tires SPINNED as she backed up. Saturdays and Sundays are the worst around here. Have called the post office before, as i did today, but nothing seems to change. They've even tried to tell me they don't deliver mail on Sunday. Well i guess somebody uses your truck and plays mailcarrier on Sunday. One of these weekends we're gonna stand in the street and video this yahoo of a carrier. If someone gets hurt by this yahoo, it's on USPS for not taking care of this reckless employee!!! Deniability of the facts won't work, the whole subdivision is on alert.

Probably a delivery from a company. Mail trucks are used for package deliveries. Not post ofc. Did you receive a package? I know I’ve seen it out our way in country. No USPS mail runs on Sunday.

Terrible. Just terrible. My wife and I have lived in Festus going on three years. We've had countless issues with this office and staff. Multiple times of having items not delivered or marked "undeliverable" for no reason at all. We've had checks for our bills come back as ripped in half. Also have been given attitude by every staff member that works there for one reason or another. You all should be grateful that you have a well paying job and be at least bearable. I'd love to just have all of our mail held by another nearby office and stop once a week there to pick it up instead of having to deal with the countless problems from this hellhole.

Calling for hours and line is busy. What gives? Also receiving the same message that the delivery area is inaccessible. Just a bank of Mailboxes at the end of the road. No overgrowth or anything....just silly.

Driver lied and said our front door was not accessible. There is litterally NOTHING blocking the door, driveway or road. Package not delivered. Likely because it was raining and the lazy driver didn’t want to get wet. Unacceptable service!

We live off Victoria Road. We have great service when we have the man in the black jeep. If the mail truck literally ANY of the drivers come we have the wrong mail or we don't receive our mail. It's gotten really bad I work for the school district and I almost lost my job because my letter was delivered literally 3 weeks late. There was a deadline and I received it wayyyy after the deadline. It's not funny that's my retirement and medical benefits for me and my children I would have lost. Something had to be done. Terrible service here.

They must take their phone off the hook OR they have employees on very long personal phone calls. They can't be reached by phone and contact requires a personal visit. Disappointing service.
