Called on Saturday at 1:25pm, close at 2. Said 3-11 wait, no one answered. Two weeks in a roll I sent an oversized envelope to an apartment. One week it was left at the door but the next week a notice was left to pick it up on Monday. No common sense and courier being lazy because he would have to drive to the building.

Currently infuriated with the lack of follow up - I have been calling the 573.876.7802 number for the last 30 minutes, i know someone is there because it was busy previous. There is a mailbox in my apartment complex without a key, and without a faceplate at this point and no one at the post office will fix this. When mail is stolen, i will be referencing these calls and this notice. FIx it AND ANSWER YOUR DAMN PHONES

The person putting mail in the P.O. Boxes this week put 2 out of 3 other person's mail in our box. Take time to read the P.O. Box on the mail and put it into the right box.
