When I called the store to ask a few questions and make an appointment, I was treated very poorly. This was my first time getting a passport and it was not a good experience. The lady I talked to was name Julie or something and she was extremely rude and short with me. Never in my life have I felt so terrible and discussed with customer service or even just from a human...

The woman working at this location was exceptionally rude. It's one thing to be unhelpful; I can understand if there's official policy that needs adhering to. But I was treated with incredible disrespect by the USPS worker, Ginny, who scoffed at me. After laughing at me, she moved on to the next customer while I was helped by another, less condescending employee. Awful service.

We just went to this Post Office with my family to get passports, and I have never been treated so rudely in my life. My 4 year old son asked why there was such a mean lady there working. I would NEVER go to this branch again and will be writing a personal letter as well. Don't waste your time, go to another branch.

Worst service I've had in a long time. Not helpful, rude and straight up mean! So rude that I left and went to Long Lake postal service. Unbelievable!! Whoever is supervising the Wayzata store or is managing hiring should do reviews. 0/10. Will never go back. Very disappointing.
