One of the worst post office that I ever dealt with. Unfriendly staff and not know their job duties.

The only mail I have received are 2 advertisements since last Tuesday January 3rd. I realize the weather in MN is a factor on Wednesday and in the AM on Thursday. But i should have received ALL of my mail on Friday or Saturday. What are you going to do about this. Please DELIVER the rest of my mail on Monday, I do have my mail screened and i know what should be coming. I live on California ave west between Dunlap street and Lexington parkway.

A Google search returns Roseville Mn. Post Office 5:30 PM Monday-Friday...along with your link... Needing to pick up my held-mail, I rushed out on slippery roads to make it there on time. ..on arrival I learned that the correct closing time is 5:00 PM . Opening your link shows the correct closing time (and reveals that 5:30 is the last pick-up time). A shouldn't need to open link to get the essential information. Very frustrating.

I can not say we have terrible service because we have none. The mailman has not been on our street Friday 2-25-22 and Saturday 2-26-22. These are not the first days without service, we had missing service several times the last few months. I have had a letter in our mailbox with the flag up all day long the last two days and our neighbors also said they have not had any mail.

We put mail in our mailbox to be picked up by our mailman and now are getting notified by our creditors that the mail never was delivered. I have never had this experience before. I guess we need to use mailboxes to send mail now? Just wanted someone to be aware that this happened. Phone is never answered.

I dropped off 2 packages in the drop box on Labor Day, expecting them to be scanned on Tuesday. It’s now been a week and they still have not been scanned! I stopped in on Thur, was told they should have been picked up, but nothing. They can do. Wtf. I sold some items and sent them, and now may be out money and reputation. I’d like to know where my boxes ended up! Makes me think they were stolen or thrown out. So upset.

When I ship, I come in with a prepaid shipping label, which enables me to use their self service machine (when they are closed). Some woman walked up to me and stated that she would make sure it got scanned but I didn’t trust that because it seems like they will steal your package and then act dumb.

I am happy to hear that Louis DeJoy states he will no longer remove sorting machines and mailboxes prior to the presidential election. My question now is, will you be able to return the mail boxes recently removed from in front of our Roseville Post Office? I’ve lived in Roseville for 32 years and have never seen those mailboxes disappear before. Thank you for the favor of a reply.

I do not often get all of my mail - I know because I have a USPS on my phone and know what I should expect. Try to call and get no answer. Try to track it down via USPS on line and it won't allow me to complete the form. That's great!! I'm told how to report a missing piece of mail and it DOESN'T work

I’d like to request that the mail carriers do not cross through our front yard to the next delivery. We have even put up some small fences in front of our peony bushes to keep them from getting trampled and the mailman just steps right over them on his route. It may take a few seconds longer to walk back down our driveway but it will save my peony bushes in the spring that were a Mother’s Day gift from my daughter. He should not be disrespectful of our property.

I live at 1550 Larpenteur Ave W., Apt 203, St. Paul 55113-6367 Today I discovered a stack of US mail (billing to UofMN, other businesses, magazines) hidden under a stack of "junk mail" on the table in the lobby. I sorted out USPS and along with the magazines I placed them on the counter below the mail boxes. This is mail, that I believe, needs to put safely in the mail boxes. I did not look closely at all the mail. However, the envelopes I saw did have an apartment number listed. I knew you would want to know about this problelm. Thanks

I have never had a problem with the service at the Roseville MN post office. I received very pleasant and efficient help today calling there about a package. Other times I have visited here it has been just fine.

Do not blame the employees. They have no incentive to do better. And the system is broken financially and administratively. It will never be better and will get worse. the best plan is to go to the post office. Today, they shipped a parcel that I was sending to an eBay buyer to my return address and not to the buyer. Boy oh boy, was he angry... Cybersecurity hits on the USPS are voluminous. The CEO dines on nightmares, daily.

Let the phone ring during multiple calls before hanging up on me, then seemed to take the phone off the hook without answering. I was trying to catch a package that had been incorrectly addressed. Now it will be sent back to the other side of the country and I'll probably be recharged for another "priority" shipment wasting more money and everyone's time.

Worst customer service ever! I have submitted 2 change of address forms and our mail is still going to the old address, not to mention 4 visits to straighten it out. I waited 15 minutes before the supervisor would see me and then was told, sorry, we can't do anything! Seriously!!

We have been trying to call, over and over, because we get the neighbors' mail and not our mail. We call the only number we can find, and yes, it rings and rings and rings, and then nothing. What is a person supposed to do? !?!?

They have not been forwarding any of my mail to my new address and they have had one of my packages now for 2 weeks. Every time I call to figure out where it is, they "have to look into it". They need better management there, its a shame.

The Roseville MN post office is TERRIBLE at answering the phones! I have been on hold for over 25-30mins and I have been hung up on 4 times. Its Ridiculous!
