My neighborhood has a weather related delivery problem: ie ice in street at mailboxes that mailman says he can not stop, then drive forward, without backing up first. He says this is against P.O. policy, and therefore will not deliver mail. There is a slight incline and ice will form in the gutter and on street. Even if we try to remove ice it will return in our weather cycles. Who at the P.O. can I discuss this with to resolve the delivery problem?

post man spayed my 4 pound long hair tea cup chihuahua female therapy service dog for which she is registered. Banfeild animal hospital in Maplewood MN said and wrote 2 letters saying you can NOT spay a dog under 30 lbs and the mail man over spay her dramatically and this mail man and his supervisor didn't follow any of the post masters protocols and was rude and very disrespectful to the retired Navy veteran who happen to be outside with cookie that the time. He uses the Cookie for therapeutic methods.🆚 taking medication. after speaking with the supervisor Charlie who said the mail man was scared.of a 4 pound dog who's only crime was rolling on her back wanting her belly rub. and when the veteran walk around to the front of the home to see what was going on he found cookie all roll up in a ball whimpering and she couldn't open her eyes caught the mailman ruining to his truck to flee the scene of a crime he just committed maliciously abusing's a therapy dog.

Brian, worker at N. St. Paul Branch post office today, was extremely unhelpful. His coworker could not understand how to send a package to S. Korea. She asked him for help several times, she thought it was going to Afghanistan. He rolled his eyes when she tried to tell him I was in a hurry and said "I don't care she can go elsewhere". Then he came and told us both to "calm down". In front of other customers. I ended up leaving and had to mail the package somewhere else and was late getting back to work. Brian gave very poor customer service.

I’d like to express my disappointment in the North St. Paul Post Office Branch at 2523 7th Ave E, Saint Paul, MN 55109. Right before closing today, my 20 year old son experienced racism from the same mailman that I had since 1996. We all are not created equal but we are human, we live in a time where the true culture of this country is BUSINESS, not hate.
