I have be unable to get ahold of anyone at this post office, I have called at least 26 times. Not only are they not answering phone calls but they don’t like to deliver mail either.

Parcel key broke off in locker that I was trying to retrieve my package. I was suppose to receive it on Friday. Put key ring with broken key on it in the outbox mail. Still have not received my package. When will this be resolved? Tried calling post office to talk to someone about this issue and no answer. I live at 6649 162nd Ct. Rosemount Mn.

Rosemount Post Office Called and called and no one answers today. We had no mail delivery yesterday 12/28 and were notified of mail to be delivered. Today notified about package we are waiting for and more mail to be delivered. Why are we not receiving mail deliveries. Please check this out. [number removed] Bloomfield Way Rosemount 55068

Just to let you know that whoever is delivering on Atrium Ave is not taking the time to close the mail boxes tightly. Many mail boxes are popping open. I witnessed it today first hand and had to shut someone’s mailbox very tightly. They are in too much of a hurry. Please take the time to close the boxes tightly so that everyone’s mail doesn’t blow around in all this wind.
