Today I dropped off a package. The lady, Tammy, at the window was extremely rude. I had a pre-wrapped package with a return label sticker on the package. The lady told me in a disrespectful voice that I needed to take the package back and put on a paper address. I asked her for a marker so I could just rewrite it on the box (since it was on the label) and she threw the marker at me across the counter. She responded by stating that if this package is returned to me that it is "my problem and on me" as she proceeded scribble out the prepackaged label that has important information that the company needed to precess my return. This was absolutely the worst customer service that I have received at the Rice post office. She walked away from me several times during this interaction. I remained calm, but I wanted to address the lack of respect at that moment. In her state of mind, I did not because I was not sure how she would then handle my package. In hindsight, I should have taken the package back from her to avoid this treatment. Thank you for addressing this concern.
