Does not answer phone...typical government workers! Doesn't pick up mail either. Had outgoing mail in mailbox for 6 days, came back from out of town and still there!! Unreliable at the absolute best, avoid at all cost at worst. Friendly but I would be to if you were paying me! Don't do your job and see if you still have one?

I contacted the office about missing mail. I was told they would check with the carrier for that neighborhood and call me back. This was not done. I was calling from another state. It is of course my fault because I sent some money and did not send it certified mail. You no longer send a card with a gift in it and trust it will be delivered.

I ordered a package it was out for Delivery. Watched for the delivery all day as I worked in my garden. Came in to find we couldn't deliver your package because your driveway or front door was inaccessible email. WTF! The only reason it would have been inaccessible is because the delivery person was to lazy to get out of their vehicle and deliver it. I watched them drive right up to the mailbox and throw the mail in and take off like a bat out of hell. Nothing in my driveway to stop them. Not only did they not deliver my package they left me the neighbors mail again with mine. This isn't the first time since my previous mail lady retired shortly ago. Terrible service since!

I have always had helpful knowledgeable people serve me at Red Wings USPS and my personal mail person is the best. These workers have a hectic stressful job and still manage to pull it off without being rude or short with customers. Kudos to RWPS

Bill, the Postmaster at the PO in Red Wing, MN gets way over 5 stars today from me!! I couldn't have had a kinder and more friendly person on the phone to help me redirect a package to arrive in the right place for my sister's 60th birthday party. He blessed my heart! Never expected someone to take such an interest in a phone call from a distance. Thank you Bill! Good people in Red Wing, MN! I'll always remember that!

The workers at this post office have to be some of the RUDEST people i have ever had to deal with when it comes to shipping and etc. Any time i have called down to my local post office i am always greeted with a rude response to a question i have asked. It's too bad that the US Postal Service is our primary mail carrier.
