Well, it is a good thing we have the informed delivery. Now we know how much is NOT being delivered to us. Even Amazon ordered shipped via USPS are being scanned as delivered and nothing came. We were even outside, near the mailbox at the time it "said" it was delivered. Absolutely Unacceptable!!!!! They won't answer the phone at the post office to file a complaint there. Going online to do it nationally now.

Terrible, terrible service!!! 4 days without mai! Just received something that should have been here Saturday. Still missing a piece of mail that is usually delivered the 3rd week of each month. It is a Satellite Direct magazine that cost me $80 / year, so I imagine it is sitting in a corner somewhere if someone didn't throw it away. I was told that our regular delivery person is on vacation, so we won't receive mail this week? Maybe some one with a tie on should get in a van and deliver our mail. Still waiting for some W-2 forms too that should have been in our hands before the end of January. If you need something to get to Prior lake send it Fed-X, UPS, anything but the U.S. mail. Fix the problem postmaster!!!!!!

Why is the Prior Lake post office filled with such incompetent employees? Thank you for delivering my $75.00 package to the wrong address and doing nothing to find it! If you choose to hire people that cannot read numbers or street names, then you are really doing our city a disservice! Please when you hire someone, make sure they know their numbers and can actually read street names!!!! Getting the wrong mail happens about every other day, and I am tired of it! Then all I hear is whining that the post office is losing money, you know why? People have realized that how unreliable you actually are and have reverted to using UPS and FEDEX to ensure they get what they have actually ordered.

@Whishy. I think they have updated their processes. In 2017 I had a misdirected package and when they called they were able to pull up a map that showed the physical address (gps) where it was delivered. Offered to re-deliver it, but it was a neighbor so I picked it up myself. Good job post office.
