We had a pkg delivered from Amazon (free shipping) while I was in the hospital so we missed a delivery from Amazon. Amazon left the pkg with the Monticello post office. They now want $30 to deliver this pkg to us. The local post office states Amazon should not have left it with them so postage due. This should be between Amazon and the local post office, not the customer who was promised free shipping. Where is this $30 coming from, another example of gouging!

I get my forwarded mail 2 months after it’s been sent to my old address. Yes, I completed a forwarding address and yes, I checked to make sure the post office had it. I received my invitation to my 50th class reunion the day after it happened and TWO MONTHS after it was mailed. My son also recently moved from another city and he gets his forwarded mail in under a week. I’m lucky if I get mine in under 2 months. This is not only frustrating but extremely inexcusable.

The make postal Worker there is a work of art very mean and doesn't have a clue what he's doing That's why the postal service is in billions of dollars in dept if they hire people like this

why is it when I mail a check to my bank it doesn't get there? Yet my bills always arrive on time. It has been a week and a half since I mailed check to bank, not there yet. I mailed it the same day as son's birthday card to Florida and he got it in 3 days????????

Today is the third time I have not received my Amazon package because the local post office tries to deliver it to the wrong address. I live on West River Street, and the local carrier continually tries to deliver my packages to East River Street, and the house number does not exist there. The address is printed correctly on the packages.

Normally good service, but 3 mail items in the past 2 months have been delivered to our neighbors on a different street with the same house number. Thank goodness for their honesty as one package was a new iPhone. Shakes my confidence that we're getting all of our mail. You can lose our bills, but please deliver everything else.

I paid $40 for 3 keys to my neighborhood mailbox which I was not left after purchasing my home. I attempted to call a Cheryl at Monticello PO 3 times... without any return calls. Now I have been given 3 bad keys so I cant open my mail box at my home. Unbelievable!! Is this a racket to get me to buy a po box? I have not received my mail now again for 5 weeks, Is Monticello mn a legitimate po or it it a joke>

Why isn't mail being delivered to the 5300 mallard lane block?
