I have a problem with the carrier because it's mostly on Saturday I live in a apartment building , they just through the packages on the floor in front of our mailboxes , mind you now this is in the front lobby 6 feet from the entrance . Anybody can walk away with them ! A bd they do - I think about how efficient the post office was many years ago , everyone I deal with including me has to pay for it - the company who sends the product has to reimburse me but sometimes I take the loss this is unfair and they get paid to deliver it and we're out the money , something is terribly wrong with robbinsdale s usps carriers , my new mail lady during the week has brought packages up to my door in the last 2 weeks and for that I am thankful,#1, make sure packages are in a secured area! please quit giving my orders I pay good money for to anyone who wants to take them or any givin passer by , that's rediculas!

I run a small business. My customer received notification that her package was delivered, however, upon further inspection, it was not in her mailbox. She contacted Robbinsdale Post Office, and the individual that helped her informed her that the carrier delivered it to the wrong home/person. The post office DID NOTHING to help this situation. They didn't offer reimbursement, they didn't offer to reach out to the small company, they did absolutely diddly squat. Long story short, I am infuriated! Can you imagine if this package contained private information or GOD FORBID a mail in ballot?! And they don't do anything to get it back?! Shame on you... This Post Office is ridiculous. Don't hire carriers that can't locate the correct address for christ sake.

The person at counter today 10/14/20 I was in line from 2:30 until 3:35 and only 4 people in front of me she Had no place being behind the counter and taking care of customers Appsolutely no clue what she was doing she spent at least 10 minutes a peace for the first two customers and almost 25 minutes on one lady's package and elderly lady in front of me only need stamps she was looking for a A certain kind of stamp and couldn't find them i thought the world was coming to a end because that took almost 15 minutes then it was my turn and all I need was stamps my order didn't take to long but there was 6 or 7 more people in line and people walking out after being in line I told the people still in line they should have brought a sleeping bag they mite have to spend the night Thinks I got my frustrations out

I was at the Robbinsdale post office a couple weeks ago and was in line behind a woman. The clerk, a female with short curly hair, has worked there for years, was treating the customer so horribly. She was condescending, rude, disrespectful.. I didn’t immediately want to assume it was because of the color of the woman’s skin (black), so I waited until I came up to the clerk for my turn to see how she treated me (white). Maybe she was having a bad day and was treating everyone poorly? It was like night and day. Her tone was so sweet and kind. She asked how my day was going, laughed and smiled, talked to me like I was a friend. I walked away with a sick feeling in my stomach. I just witnessed ONE account of racism. I’m sure she does it all day. It’s been on my mind for weeks, and, after all that has happened in our city, I couldn’t stay silent.

Our mail mans vehicle went up over the curb ad hit the mailbox post and broke it off. We now have four mail boxes on the ground. The good news is that he got out of his vehicle and put the mail in every box on the ground. How do we go about having this replaced? Thank you.

I tried to file a complaint with an online form, and could not get it to go. It kept asking for information that I had already provided. This note is to complain about our mail delivery. We have received someone else's mail every single day this week! I suggest you screen your applicants a little better.

This office is a reck! I have been calling this specific office since they have opened at 8:30 and it is now past 10AM. The phone line is either busy or it rings forever until it hangs up automatically. I've never witnessed a professional business proceed business this way, it's very frustrating and concerning.
