The person that works at this location has the worst customer service. I’ve been in multiple times trying to get a label printed to mail something out. Worst customer service ever!!!! It’s worth going to a different location trust me!!!!

We just received today 9/29/20 mail that was sent out on 9/23/20 and I know that one was sent on 9/21/20 from Minnetonka. THIS RIDICULOUS!!!!!! One was a check that should have been delivered on Friday 9/25/20 as it always has been. We had called the originator of the check to see when sent and has not changed in day sent which is always on a Wednesday and received to us on a Friday. It does not take 8 days to receive something sent 3 miles from us either - that was another item received today. I received 11 pieces of mail today - some days NOTHING - WHAT IS GOING ON??? They will not pick up mail from my mailbox & when I go to the two mailbox they have at the Post Office in Plymouth they are FULL!!!!!!!!!! What's with that??? Also I want you to know that I have had to pay a late fee for the last 2 months I have sent a bill which I always send a week early. This is reported to the credit bureau and right now it is REALLY PISSING US OFF!!!!!!!!!!! You don't answer at the number shown either for this location.

I have ordered stamps at www.usps.com 2 months ago. The money has been charged to the credit card, but not stamps. I have filled out at least 3 "contact us" at usps.com. Twice I got a message that stamps will be sent and a tracking number will be sent to me in 3 to 5 business days. Nothing happened. The latest reply I got stated: Dear Jane, Thank you for contacting the USPS® Internet Customer Care Center. You've reached USPS Technical support. Unfortunately, our team is only able to address issues related to images provided by the Informed Delivery® daily digest or dashboard. We are unable to assist with local delivery issues such as the one you reported. You will need to contact your local Post Office. Another alternative is to email at for issues related to Stamps and/or Philatelic items. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- I have already attempted to contact the sites that these messages contained and was not successful : "Site cannot be reached". All I want is stamps. Since I spent $51.95, I would like stamps for at least close to that amount. I do not k now what you can do to help me, but at least I thought I should try. Jane Gringauz

I just drove up to mail 4 bills in the drive thru, where there are 4 containers. Every one of them was so full, that mail was falling out of the containers. I went in side the building and told a gentleman behind the counter about it, and he said he would take care of it. So I left. There was suppose to be a 1 pm pick up, and obviously it was not picked up at 1 pm. I was uncomfortable leaving 4 pieces of mail with 4 checks in each one, when someone could reach in and take them out, or they would fall on the ground. The locations is just west of 169 off 42nd Ave N. Something needs to be done about this.

WORST POST OFFICE IN MINNESOTA! More than half the building was sold to and became an Islamic Center. How does a city, the size of Plymouth, have such a tiny little 2 person facility? And now to the crabby, nasty staff that work there. Lines are always long and the Asian man and heavy set woman are full of attitude and are so rude to customers. I will not go to this post office ever again - I would rather drive the extra miles and go to Golden Valley where the facility is a decent size, large mailings can be dropped at the loading dock - and most of all? The people are pleasant!!!

My mailman was in the neighborhood but didn"t pick up my mail that I had with the flag up nor did he/she leave any. I needed the things I had in my mailbox to go out today. Disappointed is an understatement.
