I only get my mail every couple of days. I have the mail delivery email and the mail that is supposed to come that day shows up 3 days later. Today I had out going mail and he walked right by didn’t even look at my house. I wish I had another source for mail delivery. USPS sucks! I had to give them 1 star I wanted to give them 0

The old man that delivers mail to my neighborhood is old, slow and should retire already! I put mail in my mailbox to be picked up and he doesn’t even look at my house and I live on the corner! He’s rude to me because I asked him and then told him and then had to file an actual complaint to get him to stop walking across my yard during the winter! I shovel the sidewalk walk for him! Crossing my yard in the winter means his salt covered boots kills my grass. His payback is to “lose” birthday cards, Christmas cards and anything that looks personal instead of delivering it to me. Now he’s not even bothering to pick up my mail.

Carriers continue to walk across property trampling on existing garden fence (currently under snow), and bushes and plants (currently under snow) vs walking the cleared sidewalks. Have asked the carriers on a daily basis when I witness them doing this - and they continue to trample my property causing damage.

Have tried to contact the Nokomis MN location and no answer. But there is a chronic issue with mail delivery in my neighborhood. If we are lucky, our neighbors set out to deliver mail to the correct address. My mail has been delivered to the wrong address at a minimum of once a week over the last several weeks/months. Many important things have been brought to me by a neighbor (tax documents, medical bills, etc.) and I'm grateful for that. But the frequency is OUT OF CONTROL and I wonder what isn't being delivered to me. I've already had to put my tax filing on hold due to missing documents that finally came today. I read neighborhood reports of one of my mail carriers sleeping in their truck. What the heck? I have one mail carrier I love but he isn't the regular person. I guess I'm not sure how to address this issue when I can't reach the station. Lastly, is there a reason that my mail is only coming every 3rd or 4th day? As though delivery is now optional? Unacceptable, really.

same here. i live by lake Nokomis and it seems i'm getting mail about every 3 days. last week alone i got the wrong mail twice. some of it was certified mail as well for 2 houses down. a letter from my parents took 6 days to get here when it normally takes 2. i understand if it's taking longer these days but i'm starting to wonder if my mail is being delivered to the wrong house on occasion.

My tracking #'s for a purchase through eBay are stating "Delivery Attempted - No access to Delivery Location." I live on a corner house, nothing is blocked, snow shoveled, no excuse! I found two phone numbers for this branch; 1 - disconnected, 2 - rings until it disconnects. FRUSTRATING!!

I got a slip saying they tried to deliver a parcel at 9am on 11/30. I was here and no one buzzed my apartment. I went online to setup for redelivery for 12/1. When I tried to check when it would be here and the number I was given doesn't come up CAR80641624. I called the 800# and there is an hour hold. I called the local post office I get delivery from. It rang and rang and then gave me a busy signal. I have no idea who this is from. There's postage due, which I will pay since I'm waiting for things so I don't want it returned to sender til I know who that is. This is really terrible service.

My postal carrier for 10 years was the very best! I have a new girl and she is the worst ever! Late deliveries of packages and very rude
