Thanks to them messing up their deliveries on the weekend constantly I did not get paid in extra day and bills were missed is bermist super unreliable unreliable I'm going to have to go with a private deliverer that is an option I wouldn't trust the Post Office people are going through envelopes packages and the carriers are actually stealing our mail and packages especially the ones on the weekends that aren't our regulars

Received excellent customer service at this location both over the phone and in-person. Happy this is my post office location.

This post office delivered my package to the wrong address. It was scanned as delivered to the house next door. The manager of the post office said it was delivered "close enough" to be considered delivered. He will check with the driver but not much else he can do. This is an unacceptable response for a paid delivery. If they only have to deliver "close enough" why would they accept the job? Please let me know what to do next. JB

Horrible service here, we have daily pickup requests and the substitute rarely ever stops for the pickup, they blow it off as unimportant. scan out packages they do pickup as delivered instead of received so customers email us asking why this happens and the post master told us we should stand there and make sure the clerk scans it right, thats the clerks job to do it right, not my job to babysit. yesterday we asked for a package we handed to our normal mailman back and the clerk took our information and promised they would have him drop it back off with us today. well once again incompetence rules in that office and the clerk could not be bothered so they went ahead and sent it through the system. I'm really tired of this office and their complete lack of caring about their work and their customers.

My daughter finally received her birthday card that was postmarked on July 3rd today July 9th. She sent me pictures it was wrapped in a plastic bag saying I'm so sorry that your mail got ruined and the card is all ripped up. Also I found out that our normal Carrier was on vacation last week and they find someone to do their route, I didn't get an email on Monday Thursday Friday or Saturday. What's going on with United States mail? None of these carriers are responsible if we lose the mail we might as well say good bye to America very very very disappointed. I've never lived in Minneapolis before this is my 1st time And I've never had a problem with my mail any other place in Minnesota. I think Someone needs to hire responsible people.

The mail lady is very freaking rude that delivers the mail on 1300 irving ave north. That one with the pony long pony tail. She said put the dog on a leash and I did but the dog is harmless. I get it!!! She don't like the neighborhood or the flirtatious tenants but don't blame one little incident on a DOG problem to not deliver mail that ppl are waiting on. She didn't even give a second for the dog to get put on a leash before she pulled off. I would suggest that she get a new route. Ppl are pissed. She's not understanding at all.

We live at 2356 thomas and for some reason we don't receive mail on Saturdays. On occasion we don't receive mail on weekdays. Our postman actually lives in the area and we suspect he is just not doing his job when he shpuld be. On the days we do receive mail it is close to 6 p.m. Why do we have to be subject to this?

Our postman doesn't use a mail bag but rather carries the mail in his left arm against his belly. He loads up to deliver both sides of the street for one block. We are at the next to the last stop on the block and the mail is always soaked with sweat. It is so bad that the return envelopes are sealed shut with sweat, the ink has run on several items and sometimes it is so bad the back page on catalogs just falls apart. We appreciate our postman and are cordial with him, but it is an issue. There are a couple other mailmen that deliver mail and we have not had the same issue with them. How do we go about getting this one particular mailman to start using a mail bag to resolve the issue. Our zip is 55412-1836.

My mail hasn't been picked up in 3 days. When I called to find out why a b**** lady answered my question by telling me the mailman wouldn't know I had mail for them to pick up. Really? They have one freaking job pick up mail and drop it off. They can't look in a mail box. I have lived in Minneapolis my whole life. I have never had a flag on my box and my mail still got picked up. I move close to this mail company and now my mail sits. I hang the mail out for it to get picked up and the only thing this does is make my mail wet.
