We are very displeased with our mail carrier. He stuffs packages into the mailbox that don't fit, damaging the contents. He picks up one piece of outgoing mail and leaves the rest. Two days ago, I received a special certificate from the University Presidents Society which didn't fit in the box. He left the box open and attached the mailed award to the box with a rubber band!! Once we were in the front yard when he delivered to the box. Upon retrieving the mail, we had a notice that he couldn't deliver a package requiring a signature because we weren't home! This is the second complaint I have logged.
I recently moved and changed my address about two weeks in advance for june 1st, I stopped recieving mail several days later (even though it was well before June 1st). Its now June 24 and I still am missing weeks of mail and have barely recieved anything as a forward. I know I'm missing paystubs, checks and more that I was expecting to recieve. I have called 3 times and they keep telling me there is a new carrier and they will talk to them.... I have heard nothing back and am still missing much of my mail even though they assure me a forward has been processed. SUPER Frustrated!
Service inside is excellent but I have had several complaints that mail I deposit at drive through is taking three or more days to deliver. Downtown office has gotten mail outstate and out of state in a day or two. Often I make the trip downtown but that just should not be the case.
