We love our regular mail carrier Rudy - super hard working and our whole neighborhood loves him. He is so overworked though and we have sporadic mail delivery, late night delivery, etc, none of which is his fault. I know you’re short staffed but it has gotten ridiculous and we aren’t receiving tax statements and bills either at all, or on time. Something has to change soon.

We have lived in Country Club neighborhood for 20 years. Our current mail carrier Dave is the best we've ever had. Whats disturbing is that more than 85% of our delivered mail (several pounds per week) is catalogues, junk mail, and non sense mail. I worry that Dave wouldn't have a job if he couldn't deliver this mail. Sadly, we only get a serious piece of mail every 3rd day. We don't need to keep killing trees so people can keep receiving catalogues that immediately end up in the trash. Dave told me its almost impossible to stop that mail. This practice needs to stop and all mail except certain historic or legal documents should be delivered electronically. We pay taxes to keep mail carrier compensation and lifetime pensions. Need to make a change. Slowly phase out old, and do not add new mail carriers. Not needed.

Why is our mail delivered after 7pm nearly every day. The mail carrier we have is very good and the late mail is not his fault. But something needs to be done with the postal system. The Postmaster General in DC is incompetent and is nothing more than a crony of the pervious so-called president.

Our neighborhood is the 56th block of Abbott Ave South and for the past several months, mail delivery is very sporadic. For example, last week, Saturday to Saturday, we had one mail delivery on Wednesday. I have the daily emails from the post office to show what should be delivered each day, and I have received none of that mail. Today, I went to the post office and spoke with Eric, the supervisor, who told me they have no one who wants to work our area, and basically did not care. I asked him to take it up the chain of command and he blew our neighborhood concerns off. He told me that we have the choice of picking it up, so I asked him to get my week's worth of mail, and he told me it was on the truck and didn't even go and look to see if it still was still in the back room. Anyone experiencing the same "great service"?

We have been experiencing delays in receiving our mail. Two-three days will go by without any mail at all, which is unprecdented for us. Our neighbor has experienced the same thing. I have not even seen the delivery truck around. Have there been cutbacks in delivery days?

Saturday the mail was delivered to our condo building and the carrier used his/her master key to open the row of boxes. When he was done he did not close and lock the boxes but left the row open, then left. Monday morning and they are still unlocked. I think this was a sub, our regular mail carrier would not do this.

I just dropped off packages at Jerry’s on Vernon and asked the postal man who would only give his name as John not to throw my packages please ( I do Etsy fragile and had marked them) he told me don’t you know they’ll be crushed in a huge machine? I told him I send packages all the time and what was he telling me? That I can’t trust him? I love postal workers the gals in Shakopee made me a birthday cake because I was in there so often we became friends. I have never met such a rude postal guy before I’m actually afraid he’ll do something to my stuff
