I had a package sent out to me Monday. 2 day delivery that was paid for. I expected Thursday the latest and now it’s Friday. I have to leave town those are Christmas gifts for relatives now I show up empty handed and I can’t even talk to anyone to see if I can get package

Today 1-25-2021 I went to get my mail at 2:50 and the mail truck was just pulling up. It is never this late but oh well.... It was a woman deliverer. So I drove home. I live in a Townhouse addition and my mailbox is about 1 block away. So I thought I'd wait about 15 minutes. I went back at 3:30. And she was still there. It appeared she was sleeping. I must have woken her cause then she started to really scramble. Then I had to wait another ten minutes in my car while she loaded the mailboxes. The # on the truck was 3310651. Are your employees allowed to sleep on the job?

Had a golf club delivered to my new address. eBay said it was delivered but wasn't at the door when I came to collect it. Either the postal service is lying, delivered it to the wrong house or it was taken by a porch pirate.

since 2014 my mail go's to EVERYONE, why ? is it that hard to read addresses. AND Then when i call the post office no answer, second time calling, no answer and a hang up, as if they do not want to answer. Every time i go to the office only one person working , why ? They should give FREE mail boxes, but then again they wouldn't know how to give me my mail again. HIRE PEOPLE THAT CAN DO THE JOB!!!!

I went out to check my mail... which I noticed the mailman had no tracks to our mail box... he seems to only deliver on sunny days... good days... in good moods... and is always paid... as I am without my mail which consists of deadlines. There a problem with this!!!

I am curious why I haven't received my mail in the last two days Tuesday & Wednesday September 3rd & 4TH. I have gotten an e-mail both days showing I was to receive mail (one day was my credit card statement) but nothing. The first day of no mail I assumed it was very late, but went down in the morning - nothing. So far today at 6:15 pm nothing today. I have had my mail stolen in the past - so I am concerned.

I am writing to let you know that we are a school, a place of business. Our mail service has been horrible. Today we got service but no one has been here since Wednesday, Nov 30th. That means it has been 4 business days since we have had mail delivery. Some items we send out are time sensitive. our service has not been consistent for quite some time now. Our office hours are 6:30 - 3:30 M-F. This has never been a problem in the past. Is there a reason for this problem and can it be fixed?
