I received tracking notification that package was left in parcel locker Fri 6/2. There wasn't a key in my mailbox to open larger parcel locker, so I went to post office Sat morning...was told the key would be in my box that afternoon. Checked my mail Saturday afternoon, and the key was there, however the parcel locker was empty. Called post office, spoke to Supervisor, who said "carrier told her she delivered package, and left key in my mailbox", and that the carrier "wouldn't lie to me". Basically didn't want to take any time to reference my tracking number or anything, or give a crap my package is missing. Supervisor told me to call the police and file a police report. Absolute zero courtesy, rude for no reason, and no customer service skills whatsoever. I'll be paying extra for expedited shipping via UPS/FedEx going forward, as obviously getting it via the Maple Grove post office can't be guaranteed. I've lived here 1 week, and already the most ridiculous mail experience I've ever had living several cities/states.
Today 5/15/17 I left 2- packages in mail box & the person delivering the mail just push my 2 packages aside to stuff in the incoming mail. This is the 3ed time they did this. A mail box these days must be just for incoming mail.? My outgoing mail is important & must be posted in one day or I here about it. . I need what's in the box to be posted that day. I hope this time it was a SUB. Another trip to the post office.
Tired of this crap. "They were just 2 small package" Now I will spend $2 more in gas as if the rates weren't high enough!
A key was left in my mailbox to open a larger box with a package I received three days ago. The key does not work, the lock is stuck. It needs replacement. For the past three days I've been calling, reporting this to the PO in Maple Grove, MN and trying to open the parcel box. This is the third time I've received parcel and cannot access it due to the same situation. No wonder people are discontinuing use of the USPS service. No one responds to your requests for service. I need what's in the box to be delivered.

The key does not fit. I have done this before, so I know how. I sprayed silicone into the lock, thinking it might be frozen and still does not for. I tried to call the maple grove, mn post office but there is no answer. I need what's in the box.
Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. The person in the lobby doesn't seem to care how long you stand there, while he talks to his friends in the back. Please try to get more people out front to help people.
I am a 10 year resident of Maple Grove. The mail delivery IS NOT DAILY. I expect mail everyday. My box was empty on 10/23/14. What happened to mail delivery at 8652 Terraceview Lane North, Maple Grove, MN?
I had the worst service I have ever had at the Maple Grove Post Office today. I was waiting for a phone call back and once I finally connected with them the manager of this location, named Char was yelling at me on the phone and when I told her if she didn't lower her voice, she hung up the phone on me. I called back and she continued to treat me with such disrespect, I was finally able to get her supervisor's name and will be calling back tomorrow.
