A bill i should have received from an electrician was sent back with a note on it saying: Return to Sender- Vacant- Unable to deliver. I have lived here for over 5 years. I realize they are short staffed but when you don't pay your bills because you never got them it's not a good excuse.

We have been receiving our mail later and later. Recently, we have received our mail as late as 7:00 PM. We never have our mail before 4:30 PM. Also, we often receive others’ mail. We received an entire stack of calendars from State Farm and on the top of the package, it said, “Open and sort by name.” We received over 50 calendars addressed to people in the community. We opened the package and returned to the mail.
