Postal Locations

The first year I had my box and would get packages they would leave a key for a box made for that purpose. Now the last 6 times I get a yellow pick up slip which as a working person is very inconvenient for me as I usually work those hours. So it can be days before I can get my packages. They are open 730 to 130 and I'm working and open 830 to 930 on Sat which is not right. All my packages fit into the boxes designed for that use and there are a lot of them. I received notice today at 145 from the company that my items were ready to pickup and went to post office to find once again I have to wait until next week to pick up which is bad as I need one of the items now. How do I get her to go back to a box designed for packages so I can get them? And another issue is that the route driver my mother has constantly delivers mail to the wrong address. She has to hope hers goes to the one decent neighbor that will bring hers to her. How can that be fixed?
