this post office can't seem to get things right ever. This is my second year of trying to get my mail forwarded to a temporary address and it's messed up again. Also, I constantly get my neighbor's mail and they also are getting my mail. Is there a solution to this problem? I doubt it because it has been going on since 2006 for me. Where is their accountability?

A very nice person helped me track down a lost package and it was exactly where she thought it would be! What a relief!

Mail does not arrive before 6:00pm. Over the last couple of years, it's been getting later and later. Also, despite our calling and verifying on-time delivery of time-sensitive items, they almost always are at least a day late, and sometimes never arrive.

I ordered a package from Target.com and it was shipped by UPS than switched over the USPS SUREPOST. Somehow it managed to disappear between the Hugo post office and my address less than three miles away. They assured me it made it into a postal locker, but I never received a key in my mailbox to unlock the locker. Maybe they gave the key to someone else. I totally agree, these guys suck!

I ordered a package on eBay but never received it because Hugo marked it return to sender, wrong address.. I triple checked, it was in fact the right address and name.. Also, Several occasions since I moved here had severely damaged packages. Never had this problem before. These guys suck! Just saying.

Has anyone else had issues with the Hugo, MN branch of the Post office? I just moved to the city and noticed frequently my mail does not arrive in the time expected and on more than three occasions now it arrives having been damaged heavily. We recently replaced all our credit cards and the companies sent the new cards to myself and my husband separately, on two of the three deliveries they arrived days apart and one never arrived at all. I have delivery confirmations from the senders they were sent at the same time for each card. What's going on here in Hugo?

I had something sent from Shoreview to Hugo and it's been over a week. Pretty pissed! I see why they are going out of business now!

Yes, I've lived here over 10 years. I keep in contact with neighbors by constantly exchanging miss delivered mail. It's a great way to find out who is on probation, paying child support or any other interesting tid bits of info about your neighbors. thank you hugo post office!
