I live in CA and mailed a priority envelope to Crookston. Unfortunately it never arrived. Started a mail search and they referred it to Crookston which couldn't help me BUT I had a really nice gentleman named Ned to help me. He was very understanding and even if he couldn't resolve the issue he gave me a few ways to keep the search going. As of now I am still searching but I wanted to say that out of the dozen or so people that I have talked to about finding this he is by far what the postal employees of yesteryear were all about (customer service). Kudos to Ned your great!

I have not received my mail in about two weeks. I called the post office today to inquire. I was told that my mail was put on hold WITHOUT every notifying me because the knob fell off of my mailbox. I spoke with the post master, EMILY, who was VERY RUDE and would not state her last name. I have filed a grievance with USPS and I encourage everyone to do the same! This is unacceptable! Withholding mail without notifying the recipient is unlawful!

I’ve been here twice, two different women at the counter, both equally rude. Evidently when I provided them the tracking number, that wasn’t what they WANTED. It was all they NEEDED, but geez, I had to convince them to go back and look for my packages. It took THREE times on the first trip. On the second trip, she brought up one and simply WOULD NOT go back and look for the second. What gives?? The USPS has no idea what real customer service means. Sad.

I have had my mailbox in the same spot for 60 + years. We get a new mail carrier and suddenly we have to move it. It's been hit twice now and it's only been 6 maybe 8 months. So I put it back. Now I'm guessing he's not going to deliver my mail. I would understand if he had to change how he has to deliver the mail but no matter where the mailbox is he still has to pull in and back up. This guys sucks. Doesn't even know how to close the mailbox properly. Lazy...

Crookston USPS employees are very rude. I have had such a terrible experience since moving to Crookston. I never know when my mail will be delivered or if it will even get to me. I’ve called the post office about it and received terrible customer service from them as well. Honestly wish there was another way to receive mail because it’s so bad.
