As I read all these negative reviews I wonder if these people have called and talked to the postmaster. I have had a couple of the same issues and I have called and it was cleared up right away. Mrs. Mary even came to my address to picked up my forgotten mail after hours on her own time. There were some issues with workers that has also had a turn around. Zeeland post office is the the BEST. Before you leave a negative comment try to work it out. Everyone has off days, including us writing reviews. Have a fantabulous day.

Says a lot about this post office and how desperate they are for workers with employee patti working there. I swear she has the worst day ever and is so RUDE to customers. I bet her supervisors would love to know that she turn people away solely based because she doesn’t want to do her job!

I went to the post office today and wanted to return a package and the woman that was working was very rude and not helpful at all. I waited for service for about 5 minutes before she came to help me. They was another woman working but she looked at me and walked away. Will never go there again

I was very sad to see the post office did not lower its flag half mast when every other flag around it was to recognize the 500,000 lives lost to COVID in the past year. As an American citizen this breaks my heart. I was also shocked to be served by an employee not wearing a mask in a federal building. In a building requiring masks I could not believe the disrespect. While I'm grateful for all the postal workers do, these actions appear unloving and disrespectful.

The mailman drove up to the mailbox put mail in the box and then took it back out don’t know for what reason but then he drove off with the mail. That never happen before.

My package is 8 days late according to the tracker and nobody here will even answer the phone to type in their tracking number to tell me where it is - despite the message telling me to stay on the line and somebody will be with you shortly. 5 thumbs down It rings forever and then just hangs up on me.

Really annoyed how lazy our postal person is... we had two packages to be dropped off today... one fit in the mailbox and the other didn't. that one was left and the other was marked as unable to reach front door... I was home at the time... they never even tried. it was 50 degrees and sunny. No reason it should not have been left. So lazy right there not impressed with them at all.
