Greenville Rd. Stanton Mi. My mailbox got damaged by a drunken driver I was looking for a package that they put on the tracking number they tried to deliver and left instructions( no true) no notice left . Called anyway to locate my package the woman said I can't pick up my mail until my mailbox gets fixed as if the box of my package will fit in my mailbox. Rude and not reliable information is being provided

I have not get me mail for a while I like to get my mail new address at the one you see where my mail do your job
I live on M-66 and I believe there has been a change in mail carriers that deliver my mail and I am not satisfied at all. Everyday for the past 2 weeks I have had some of my neighbors mail in box. My neighbors have also been bringing me my mail that was in their boxes. I have been waiting on an important document recently and I am afraid it has gotten lost in the mess of delivery I have been receiving. Also the mail deliverer is not shutting my mail box and multiple times my mail has been soaked from the rain! If I cant depend on my documentation making it to my house properly what can I depend on from the post office? I have never had a complaint about this service in the 20 years I have lived here.
I tried to phone but couldn’t get past the menu. Our mail is not being delivered correctly in our neighborhood boxes. We are getting each other’s mail. We live at 106 Lakeview Drive, Stanton. We are on Dickerson Lake. We just recently have been having this problem.
Think I've been patient long enough. have the worst mail carrier or sub mail carrier ever. This week waited Sat for my ads in mail, often it is so late I wait for the next day to see if mail. NONE again. How long do I have to wait for someone to learn their job? NO MAIL--mail left out on M-66 for people to steal- real crap shoot. If I did my job so bad I'd be fired months ago.
Put up with so much crap and bad service. After a few months someone ought to know their job.
