This POst Office in South Rockwood is AWESOME. No matter what time of day, busy or not....the employees at this post office go WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to get your mail/packages to you super quick. When at the office...these highly trained, professionals make sure your letters and packages go out immediately, with the potmaster saving you money, by suggesting the best way to send. I applaud the employees at this branch! They have saved me time and money.....and as always....with a smile and professional courtesy! 5 stars

South Rockwood Postmaster is incredibly rude to my family. Berated my wife for not picking up packages yet there was no yellow slip in the box indicating a package was there. Been rude since day one. She needs to go !! I've worked in government for 33 yrs and she is the rudest public employee I have evet interacted with......and a Fed on top of it all.

Our little South Rockwood Post office is the BEST! I use this post office services all the time. The gang there are always going above and beyond your expectations. Always pleasant, courtious, no matter how busy. Kudos to all at this branch. 👍 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
