I am sorry to say that I have a negative review. The last several trips out of town filed a hold mail request and each time my mail still is delivered sporadically. I did the service request on line but the difficulty is getting through to local Roseville post office. Thank you.

We have not received our mail in 4 days. I realize that you are short hand but we do have bills to pay. Higher more people if necessary. I would love to get our mail. Thank you.

Havent recieved mail in 4 days.Was curious can i just come and pick up my mail? Sorry that you guys are so short handed.Seems like the whole world is short handed,But there is a ton of people that know how to complain. Hope the world gets back to normal soon.

Why are we not getting mail for 4-5 days? Then one day we get mail and there's 2 carriers. I was specifically informed by worker I have Tuesday and Wednesdays mail and she has Thursday, Friday, and today's. This is ridiculous! Bills being received late, flyers past the date to use. Rude customer service at office.

Nobody pickup and delivered mail for 2 days.today post truck pass my house with speed probably 40-45.its not a 12mile road. This a small street.

Our mail didn't come 1-212021 I had something to mail, nothing of importance Because it has happen a few times before and it doesn't get picked up for a couple days we were wondering what was going on we live on Hayes road off of Frahzo between Gratiot and Groesbeck. I was in Roseville post office on 12/21 inquiring about missing mail, and was treated very disrespectfully by the women employee. I asked her to check if I had any mail, not delivered yet, and she refused. I said I had a very important missing document and she yelled very rudely saying everyone's mail is important. My situation is my father just passed away and i am missing the death certificate that macomb county sent 4 days ago. She should have more respect and have some sensitivity training because I left there feeling like I someone just punched me in the face.

How do you say you attempted to deliver a package with an Alert when you weren't there to pick up outgoing mail and deliver regular mail for two days? Guess we'll all have two come and get the mail, packages ASAP. The election is over with and there isn't anymore ballots being processed here. The Covid-19...Wear A Mask, Deliver Mail.

I want to share, do not know who has the same situation as me or not? I am in California, I send an envelope and put 2 stamps on, I sent it in October-August but on the way in transit in some places there was no problem, I did not understand why to go to Michigan city 48066 I suddenly stopped and didn't deliver to the receiver at first, I checked online on the way to deliver, but ended up missing, I called the post a dozen times a day without anyone answering the phone. Does anyone know how to contact the manager of this place or not? Naturally, it was so bad to send letters to this place, important work, now I don't know what to do, I call customer service, no one knows, they keep urging me and I called so many times, No one answered, I also sent a fax and couldn't send it If you are an employee or manager at this Post Office when seeing this news, please reply via E-mail for me

are we only going to get mail once a week? This is rediculous One day a week i get mail. no reason given to us all in my area NO MAIL. Why ? We pay our tax we deserve service

I submitted a change of address form a couple weeks ago, middle of september. I am not recieving any mail at my new address, or the old address

I would like to have the station manager contact me. This issue will not go unanswered. I came into the post office on Gratiot and 13 mile to mail my packages mailed. I was completely disrespected by two of your employees. The guy Eugene and the so called supervisor who said she does not have a name. My family have work for the postal service for years and I have never been treat this was before. Clearly the post office do not need people in come in anymore. I would like someone to call me. is my mail carrier on vacation? I have sat here all day for my paycheck but mail carrier never showed. Should I believe that no one in this whole complex is getting any mail today. This check should have been here 4 days ago. Why is this simple job so hard for some people.

Is the postal service delivering mail at all ? Friday no mail, Saturday No mail. Monday who knows?

Why do you always have problems with this Post Office with debt-credit or any plastic card that comes in the mail. It never fails.. I been a resident of Roseville for 15 years.. I always have problems with any plastic card that I look to receive why? I go through the process of canceling the card & reorder another one at least 3 times. Sign: angry resident.

This is just a rant page. Nobody from the postal service reads this stuff most of the posts are over a year old and still nothing gets done. Maybe we should privatize the mail delivery system kick the Government off the payroll.

Roseville letter carriers are rude and lazy. I keep my walkways clear all winter but they still stomp across my lawn. If you don't want to walk, why take a job as a carrier? My lawn is private property. STAY OFF!

My call goes to “operator” someone picks up and hangs up. Then I keep calling and then I don’t even get recording - someone just picks up and hangs up! Finally it’s now off the hook! How absolutely awful of them! I have a Question regarding morale I sent to a Roseville residence that was never received and then they moved and it included a check and I can’t drive to Roseville from downriver to ask about it in person so this is rude and unprofessional and you wonder why people complain.

Where the heck is my package. It says it is still at the Roseville Post Office for over a week. I received my other order from QVC that was shipped on that same day but not this one...of course, this is a Christmas gift. What are you doing with it????

I tried calling and they said it would be an hour and 15 min wait, the robot asked if I wanted to be placed on the list to call me back. Of course I did and they called.me back 5 times, but there was no one on the phone and then they hung up on me every time. I'm irritated bcuz about every other month (sometimes more often) I don't receive my mail on Saturday. I went to the post office to find out why and they said it was delivered. I wasn't mad but now I M really frustrated bcuz no one on my street got mail. They don't care bcuz they don't have Any competition.

I had a bag of food for the stamp out hunger drive on Saturday May 12 it was on my porch but the mail person did not take it how many other people put out food to feed pur community and was not picked up. Why give me the bag to fill if nothing gets picked up

This post office is useless, bunch of Lazy, Fat, Old, Useless Government Union Workers paid to do less, See More, Do Less should be on their name tag!

They do not answer their phone. Terrible p.o. Also,postal delivery workers are rude and lazy.

Called several times today and received a voicemail transfer....then after ringing about 20 times each, the system HUNG UP on me. How does someone receive service?

Waiting on a 2day priority package that was suppose to be here yesterday and the tracking update is saying it's undeliverable... really!!! I checked my end my address is correct from the shipper and I also called them to confirm. 800# has no clue what is going on either... a bunch of useless people getting paid to do a job they have no idea how to do or actually to lazy to do!! It has become an epidemic in this country!

Well this is the beginning of April & they still aren't answering the phone. I have a solution if anyone is still having a problem. The posts here r old so if anyone is having this problem & wants a solution please post & I will post how I got through. I haven't gotten my problem resolved but I have gotten my calls answered usually on the first ring!

This is just utterly disgusting and downright disrespectful that they will not answer the phones at this postal location!!!!!

By far the WORST post office I have ever encountered. I have been waiting for a 2 DAY priority package for several days now. I have called hundreds of times and they have yet to answer the phone. There is not even a recording letting you know who you are calling?? Please shut this location down and open I new one with new employees.

Called about 20 times today and NO ANSWER! Thanks a lot, did you know people actually have business to handle? Maybe try ANSWERING your phone during your BUSINESS HOURS. Wild suggestion I know but maybe give it a try!

Please help me!! Tey tell me to call them to order stamps for my business, but they will not answer the phone and you cannot leave a message. What is up with that??
