Postal Locations

I can’t give them a rating because it’s zero But I had to put one. I have a sign on my door “Please put my mail in the slot on the inside door.” My screen door is always unlocked and ajar so they can’t say the door was locked. I’m still getting mail on my screen door between the glass and decor I have on my door. It’s a nuisance to get it out not to mention when it rains my mail is wet. Im not understanding after several calls of complaining my mail is still being placed on my screen door and not in the mail slot on my entry door as requested by the sign I have on the door!

Horrible customer service. Worst post office ever. They make you wait for your own mail. Just stupid. Plus they got attitude smdh

The river rouge postal service is really poor in delivering our mail.the mail person only delivers mail maybe twice a week.and the postal clerk always has a attitude when you walk in and ask her whats going on with the mail delivery.i really think that post office needs all new employees i drive by there about noon every day and at least 12 trucks are parked there when they should be out delivering mail.

Stimulus check was mailed out January 6th and with most of my bills still haven't received as of January 13th. I know you're busy but I can't afford all these late fees cause I don't get mail in a timely manner

I livein Ecorse on Joseph st. I'm waiting for a package was posto be delivered yesterday got a email saying tempted delivery with no access, will try delivery the next day, didnt get get it or any mail, here it is 7:30 PM the next and no package or mail, where's my package at.

The mail service around here is very very poorly I live in Ecorse on East Alexis Street haven't had no mail in 3 days I get a check once a month in the mail and it's telling me it was here yesterday and I'm still waiting on it and it's 6 in the evening the next day .and still haven't received it or seen any mail person. Please whoever reads these and is responsible for providing a better service please try and fix this mail issues

To answer some of your questions the post offices are not being funded they will be closing 1000 offices do not know where this will be till after the election and I only get mail every so often so I believe they should give us an option to pick up our mail if they are not going to deliver it and they are scared of covid if I were you have everything direct deposit and order from amazon that's your best bet. I decree and declare this problem will be solved and everyone will get their mail In Jesus name Amen

River Rouge needs to re-r train some of their carriers, they are lazy, incompetent or both!!! Time sensitive package have been sent back on several occasions due to “Attempted delivery no access” which is lie, in most cases I’ve been waiting in the lobby for carrier when the notification was sent and nobody came in the first place. It’s aggravating so I’ve sent an email to the post master general. The worst part is they lie about attempted delivery when actually no one came, period!!! It’s a form of mail tampering/interference at best.

April 9-27, 2020 Mail Carrier can't remember what she's doing with the mail. Priority mail. When asked did you make a delivery she says: She can't remember. This is when the package never made it...but someone is signing saying the delivery was made. When it wasn't. I'm calling for an investigation.

I am waiting on a letter for my bus tickets from transportation. They said it was mailed on the 17th. I still have not recieved them. These are crucial to me because thats how i get to my doctor everyday. Can you let me know if its still there or whats happening . i have no where else to turn. Thank you

Terrible service in River Rouge, I receive alerts of mail I’m getting delivered each day which will sometimes arrive up to 3 days later, some of which is time sensitive.. when you call the post office they’re never helpful.. guess everyone should go paperless and use other means of delivery so carriers can find a job they’re qualified to do
