I have had 2 packages sitting in Parma MI Post Office because it says " could not get access to front door"...WHAT?! These 2 packages are 2 days away from being auto returned! DELIVER MY PACKAGES!!! Sitting there since Nov 13, 21018 and today is Nov 25th, 2018. NOT the first time this has happened to us!

what do i do if i mailed a letter ann noticed after that the last pickup was for oct 5th do i try to call the post office can they help me
