I am so very Happy with the Oxford Post Office. All of the Postal Workers there are friendly and go out of their way to help. They guided me to the most reasonable way to send my packages. I always leave with a smile. They are wonderful.

I tried to call but the phone went to a busy signal after about 30 seconds. Then I tried to call the 1-800 ask usps number and no one would answer. Endless menus but I could not get to a person. Unsat. How is it possible to ask for comments but then not to have them read by postal employees? So, no one answers the phone, 1-800 gets me not person, and no one reads this. Appears that neither word of the term customer service applies.

My postal carrier is amazing. When she realized I had two broken legs, she would bring my packages to the door if they didn't fit in the mailbox. This is how I know it wasn't my Oxford mail carrier that stole the gift card I sent to my friend in Atlanta for her birthday. I have to assume it was someone on their end. I trust, and care for my mail carrier, and she has been so good to me. She brightens my day when I see her. From now on, I will send gifts insured and tracked. It mkes me feel good to know it was not my wonderful carrier.

Whoever the woman was that my husband spoke to about an order was absolutely useless and rude. He paid EXTRA for express shipping to have a package here by Feb. 8th. She try’s to tell him that he didn’t pay extra(I have the receipt proving he did). She then proceeds to tell him “you’lol get it when you get it”. How on earth does someone in customer service act like this and still have a job? I have to agree with everyone else and state that Oxford post office is downright AWFUL.

I get other people's mail literally every other day. Which means my mail is going to others as well. So much so, that I didn't revive 14 bills overs 3 months. I get other people's packages (that fit in mailboxes). The post office thought I moved because so much mail was being sent back from other people who were receiving it. So they held my mail with no notice. Oxford post office is completely ridiculous.

Just want to give kudos out to Oxford USPS. I have done my best to use Oxford just because it's local, but also because I wanted to become familiar with the staff at the office since I was starting a small business and needed a PO Box. I don't always get to see my letter carrier at my house, but when I do, I stop to at least say or wave "hi". I don't recall in the 23+ years that we have lived here, every having any issues that could not be resolved. I appreciate their faithfulness to their job. Thank you so much for great service both in the village and in the township!

Oxford USPS awful.. They have on many occasions said attempted delivery..first off I was in the living room on the times they claimed this..no one very attempted anything. Also the package did not need a signature so it was just a matter of putting in mailbox or on porch. I am so tired to of them also delivering my mail to the wrong address. Also twice now the postman has hit my mailbox and will not take responsibility. I have asked anyone shipping me stuff to please use UPS and I will pay for the difference. I have only had this problem with the Oxford post office. All my friends in family have the same problems. Getting tired of it.

Where is our MAIL???????????? This post office LOST our mail. We had our mail stopped because we went on vacation. I instructed them to stop our mail Monday Dec. 22 2014, they decided to stop it Saturday Dec 20th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I instructed them to re-start with delivery Tuesday Dec 30th, you guess it NO mail. On Wednesday all we received was advertisements and several pieces of my neighbors mail.. We went to the post office and NOBODY could help us, because the carrier was out on deliveries, but they will call us on Friday. (Thursday was New Year's Day). So. Friday's mail came all we got was more advertisements and two items post mark Dec 30th. Upon numerous visits and phone calls they HAVEN"T a clue where our mail is!!!!!!!
At this point in time they(postal office workers) have NO idea what to do, accordion to them they NEVER lost mail before and really don't know what to do. REALLY NEVER LOST MAIL BEFORE!!! I beg to differ just ask my neighbors they ALL had there mail screwed up in the last few years.
So who is reasonable for this????????????
I just wanted to let the people in Oxford, MI with the zip code 48371 that this is what our post office can do for you. I just hope that who ever has our mail is an honest person and will not violate our privacy, with the information that they could have.
Yep, this is what our Oxford, MI can do for you!!!!!!!
