Best postal carrier ever. Timely, Even when you are short handed we always get our mail. One Saturday we got mail at 6 pm. She goes over and beyond. I have heard about her lose. I would like to donate. Do you know where I could see a check? We wish her well. Jeff and Lynn 24480 Rosewood, OP

I think there is a new or substitute carrier in this area because of their carelessness legal documents were not delivered to me as they should have been, but were placed in a Milk Box that sits on my porch instead of in a CLEARLY marked "Mail" Slot in the side of my front door. This careless mail carrier cost me a$200.00 dollar penalty. If a citizen obstructs or interferes with the mail that person is subject to arrest & severe penalties postal workers are not immune, their duties require them to properly deliver our mail, which they get paid very well to do, if they will not do their job fire them or even put them in jail, if their actions violate the law!!

I've not had this much of a problem in over 7 years here. Mail has consistently been wrong! Waiting for a package said delivered on 6/17 via USPS and I still haven't gotten it. Neighbors mail is delivered here twice in two weeks. Our mail has been delivered to the other neighbors. This is a mess!!!!

I am a very angry Oak Park resident. For the last year I have been delivering mail to my neighbors that's been dropped in my mailbox. I don't work there. If I must do your job, I want park of your paycheck! Three of my neighbors have complained to the post master general. Maybe the post master general needs to be replaced!

I'm very angry with customer service today. I had a package shipped to me COD. I gave the payment to my postal carrier on 5/25-a month a ago. Now the sender is receiving notice that the package is unpaid. USPS could not help me over the phone. I went to the address listed on line and there was no post office. I went to the post office the next city over and they couldn't help me. They couldn't even help me with the correct address for the Oak Park, MI post office.
