I want to know why the post office has phones, because they are not used. I have called multiple multiple times and nobody will pick up the phone. What is the deal? I have a very serious question to ask and I have no one to give me an answer.

Absolutely terrible… held on to the package… delivered to the wrong Parcel Locker and now won’t pick up the phone. Talk about about a complete joke. I swear to god if my $750 + items go missing there will be an issue I was very patient and extremely kind but not that’s not the case….

I’d like to know who’s responsibility it is if the neighbor is parking close to the mailbox that the mail carrier won’t deliver our mail. He does have enough room because there have been a couple time he delivered. But lately he just drives by and we don’t get our mail.

I am very disappointed in the USPS system. Within the past 32 days I have mailed out 4 letters and only one of them reached it's destination. One was a very important letter containing a cashiers check to help my sister through a financial hardship. I went to my local New Baltimore post office after 2 weeks and was told that I needed to give it more time since the guidelines for standard mail delivery has changed. I understand that we are going through rough times and there is a shortage of workers so I was very patient and gave it two more weeks before taking the next step. I waited 30 days before being inconvenienced to fill out paperwork at my bank to cancel the cashiers check and I then payed to send my sister the money electronically. When I called the US postal service the automated service options did not fit what I needed. I asked to talk to someone about lost mail and I got disconnected 4 times then finally got to leave a message. When the individual called me back an hour later it was someone in another country that spoke broken English. She was kind and apologetic about my problem but difficult to understand. She told me to go online and go to the help menu and choose the find my mail option. When I did so I saw that it is only trackable if you certified it or payed for insurance for it. I find this unbelievable and unacceptable that I can no longer send a letter with confidence that it will arrive. I try to keep people working and send out mail instead of doing everything on computers but I guess I'm just going to jump on the new age train and do everything on computers from now on because I have neither the time or patience to deal with the inconvenience of a system that no longer works.. Unfortunately the more people that experience issues such as this will also lose faith in your services and sadly more jobs will be lost.

I am a quadriplegic that relys on the local mail service. The only supplies available to me are standard letter size envelopes. The workers repeatedly tear the corner off to steal the coin inside Typical w2 employee

I have not received my National Enquirer magazine for the past three weeks. My subscription extends through February 2021. This happens all the time. I am filing a claim weekly.

called to say I had received neighbor's mail a number of times. Was told a notice would be put on my address and I was not to put other peoples mail in their boxes. I should attach a note and carrier would deliver. Now it has happened again and I received a bill belonging to someone else.

Whoever is delivering to the neighborhood of Harbor Creek in New Baltimore must have beer goggles on every single day. More than three times a week I am receiving other people mail, it is not my job to deliver this mail to these peoples house or else I would work for this company myself. Also, I ordered a package that I needed today and they gave me a key that does not work in the parcel locker. I am absolutely fed up with whoever is running this company and paying this person to deliver mail to the wrong houses because not only am I not receiving my mail but I have to take time out of my day to return mail to the correct addresses. Take this one into consideration.

My Post-Lady is AWESOME! She just got soaking wet to bring me my mail and packages because I had blocked the mailbox. She wasn't mad, she just politely asked me to leave her access to the mailbox. Thank you.

I don't know how this office is still up and running! By FAR the worst I've ever encountered. Lost mail, lost tracked packages, late delivery (months!). Multiple complaints made by many neighbors to no avail.

DO NOT MAIL ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION! They throw your mail out. I had almost 150 client appreciation party custom invitations not delivered and not returned! I called the maim number for postal issues and they sent me back to that branch.postal workers reasoning is I must have sent a letter that was "not within guidelines". And that possibly they were " shredded in their machine" whatever that statement means....150 invitations shredded?! What does that even mean?! I went back to weigh and look at the size of the basic letter at another postal location and they stated "no issues."Fine to send with postage affixed." They all had return addresses on custom prints invitations yet only a few were actually sent out and about 5 returned for other various reasons like client moved etc...the postal worker very sarcastically stated its my fault I didn't send them with confirmed mail. WHO sends 150 invitations with confirmations attached? Unacceptable response! Out of curiosity I checked this site and now I'm going to follow up in person seeing that it's confirmed they do this to others. I even had a client tell me he lost his daughters graduation invitations sent at the same branch.

Once again the post Office delivered a tracked package to the wrong address. We have lost articles, have an open investigation and yet again on Saturday 10/8/16 they deliver a tracked package to the wrong street and address. Some one should be fired for all of these mistakes. But no one will because it's the government. Now I know where everything is going that places say they delivered to me. EVERYWHERE ELSE!!! The Post Master and Postal Inspector have said they were going to call us back multiple times and yet Silence....

New Baltimore post office is a joke. The post master is rude and a lied to me. I mailed all my bills July 27th among other items. Everything else was received except for the mail containing my check payments. I spent 3 days on the phone with my mortgage company ect. My bank. I had to pay 9 stop payment fees, late charges, online payment fees ect. I'm waiting on the mayor to approve waving my water bill late fee. Of course as luck would have it is have double payment for 3 checks mortgage ect. I paid online and somehow the check arrives to everyone on the 25th the day after I stop payment on the 24th but with a 24 hour window my checks get cashed plus the payments I had to pay on line and over the phone. It took an entire month to receive but none check mail was received in a few days. The post office is the only one with a key to remove out going mail where I live.every postal worker here must be reviewed. The post master included. I was on hold over an hour to talk to him. He was extremely rude, unhelpful and told me my mail never makes it inside the post office the carrier just dump their boxes in a bind, gets loaded on a truck, sent to Pontiac. He said he would call there on the 24th to see if my mail was lying around on the floor. He said he'd call me well no return call and I still don't know where all my checks are. As half all of a sudden showed up on the 25th. 1 day later. Imagine being disabled, paid once a month and these guys say this to you and then have double payments withdrawn. I called the city of new Baltimore and the water department wasn't surprised I'm not the first caller to ask if my payment arrived and why it hadn't been cashed yet. They didn't receive it. The mayor has to be involved because he has to authorize waiving my late fee on my bill. This post office needs a serious audit even the staff is unhappy. I'll never trust my mail to the US Postal service in new Baltimore if at all. Please I get one thing getting lost or damaged now and again but really. I feel they should have to reimburse me for every cost i had to pay late fees, overdraft, stop payment ect...I doubt it but I'll never trust this location again and I'm not alone the city offices don't even trust them. My bank doesn't either. They need an audit or something

Please note that early last week I brought directly to the post office forms and a letter from my doctor showing that I would be eligible to have my mail delivered directly to my condo. It seems to be long enough now that I should have been getting mail at my home. This past week-end my niece came over from Shelby Twp., especially to pick up my mail. Please let me know if I should be doing something else, as already I have fallen twice down by the group of mailboxes that the condo association has made available for our mail. Once I was unable to get up and had to crawl to my car in order to get something to hold onto to assist me. In the event that you get more than one message from me, I tried to send one earlier and was not sure that it went thru. I would appreciate any assistance I may get in having my mail directly - thank you so very much.
