This is in regard to the employees who work inside the Negaunee Post Office and handle packages, sell stamps, etc. at the window. I was there twice last week mailing boxes. There was a line each time, and the first time a woman in line was loudly complaining about mask requirements. This season is usually a busy time, but working during a pandemic must be extremely stressful. I do appreciate the friendly and very efficient service from the Post Office employees during this hectic, stressful season. Thank you.

Two times in the last 2 weeks I have put something out on my mailbox for pick up and both times it has been left behind. Today is one of those days. I placed a letter out at about 10:30am. I just witnessed the mail carrier pulling away at about 1:10 and my letter was still on the mailbox. Now I will have to take this letter to the post office to get out on time. QUESTION: Are the carriers suppose to look to see if there is something going out??? It's not like my letter was hid behind something because it was not. It was in plain view for him to see. I have not got the time to bring very letter I need to mail to the post office. PLEASE FIX OR FIRE THIS PERSON FOR NOT DOING HIS JOB!!!!!
