now listen up i have lived here for 30 years and i have never gotten nothing that was not someone else 's dam mail i have live at 408 Gwendolyn BLVD for 4 years now and oh my got your carries are always putting someone else mail in my box. this what pissing me off this is what makes me MAD THIS GEORGE WACKENHU HAS NOT LIVE HERE IN 4 YEARS YOUR DUMB MAIL CARRIES KEEP PUTTING HIS MAIL IN MY BOX IM SO FUKING SICK OF YOUR POST OFFICE (STOP PUTTING PEOPLES NASTY MAIL IN MY MAIL BOX ) u people keep doing this over over over and im sick to death of it this POO has been going on for 34 years enough is a enough oh my god you people make lots of money and you can't even do your jobs right THIS IS MESS UP AND SO IS YOUR POST OFFICE NOTHING GETS DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I filled out a change of address form and left it at the post office, they told me it would start.. 5-6 days later I'm still receiving mail at old address, and nothing has been forwarded to new address on file. I've called and can NOT get anyone to answer the phone. After being placed on hold, it disconnects me!

Trying to trace a package that left Cinci distribution 5 days ago. Called 3 times on 12/12 and no one answered the phone. I understand the holiday and covid situations but this is not right.

I received a picture of a check coming in the mail Nov. 30,2020, they don't answer the phone. It is now December 3rd, so was it stolen? I don't know because their policy is not to answer their phone!

Been trying for over a week to get a book of stamps delivered and can’t even call to complain because they’re not answering! Put orange envelope with check and stood it up so carrier would be sure to see it. Next day it was shoved between the advertising papers unopened. Called 800 number 4 times and promised to get message to postmaster to have stamps delivered to my house. Week later still waiting. Lived here 6 years and it’s the worst service I have ever experienced! People bring me my mail; I’m constantly getting others mail and won’t put anything in outgoing mail because it doesn’t get to where it’s going. I see why it’s in so much trouble.

I have a registered pkg that I was supposed to receive (priority mail)tracking said Friday 8am to 8pm. Never received it. Saturday same thing Sunday Monday same thing. here it is Tuesday tracking says 9am to 1145am. It is now 130pm still no pkg. Your on hold for more than one hour and they can't tell you any thing different that you knew. Certainly in this day and age someone should know where and when. I am fuming

Please review delivery of mail on South Milford Road......This is third time I've sent a card to 1787 S. Milford Road from Roseville, MI and it took over a week to receive it. January, March & September.

Worst delivery service! On a regular basis the mail truck stops at my mailbox, doesn't come up my drive, but leaves a "undeliverable mail" slip inside. Sometimes they don't even bother to leave a slip, such as this past Saturday. So tired for paying for shipping and the mail person is too lazy to do their job!!!

They stole my mail. The tracking info said "delivered" and yet, no GPS location was uploaded when they delivered my mail. My mail just so happened to be $200 in speedway gas cards. It's lost though. Imagine that. They also did NOT do their job accepting my Tort Claim. This was an abominable service for a government position.

People at this Post Office have been nothing but friendly for the 30 years I've lived in Milford. My ony complaint is that when subs deliver mail, watch out.

I have had horrible service with the Milford site. We have had them decide to put holds on our mail without approval, and upon calling to verify service, the management had a very nasty, unhelpful attitude. Apparently they are not responsible for making sure mail gets delivered every day.

I've called multiple times about a package that I never recieved. The lady keeps telling me she'll call me back but never does and when i call the next day its the same thing. All I want is the package I paid for yet no one seems to care to help me. The worst postal service ever!!!

Milford Michigan post office is horrible put bills in the mail 3 days ago and he still haven't picked it upno wonder the United States Postal Service is going downthe post office workers better start picking it up doing their jobbut I think you're too stupid to realize it till they're on unemployment don't have a jobhow hard is it to check people's mailboxes everyday if I didn't do my job I'd be on unemployment no wonder everybody switching to internet bill Payneand the lady inside the post office in Milford need to get a better attitude.so thanks Milford post office for making my bills late and I have to pay late fees .

In all the places I have lived, This is the worst service I have ever received from USPS. In the last 8 weeks I now have had all four of my USPS packages from Amazon, and other online companies marked as delivered and I haven't seen any of them. One of my packages was found lying in the snow at the edge of my Drive way and our Street. If I wasn't taking out the garbage I never would of received that package. Next, why do I only get mail twice a week and when I do get it I get at least twice as much as normal? To boot, I just tried calling this post office at 1:45pm four times and no one even answered the phone.

i ordered a package with 2 day delivery and my package has been sitting at the post office for 5 days now saying i need to pick up the package. why would i pick up a package i paid to get delivered to me in 2 days? makes no sense at all. whats funny is the day it was supposed to get delivered it was out for delivery and then went back to the post office. Also, we get mail only 3 times a week, sometimes less. my sick dad has to go to the post office and pick up mail multiple times a month. very poor service. Most definitely needs new management, because the current management SUCKS!!!!!!!

I have had bad service since I moved here. I get my neighbors mail & not mine, get magazines and dated sale material very late. The latest is I am waiting on a package that was scanned into the system on 2/1/14 Sat as "NOTICE LEFT(no authorized recipient available) which is odd since the package does NOT require a signature and I WAS HOME ALL DAY. No Package on Mon either, or Tues or Wed. I have called and talked to Jill and Will and was told that my package would be delivered if they had to do it themselves. I am tired of being lied to. No one has even attempted to delivery it. I was told there was a sub then he quit. My regular person is bad enough. My packages always look like they were thrown at the door, which would explain why I receive broken merchandise. Very disappointed in Milford Postal Service.

Really do I only get mail 3 days a week....Horrible service. I have only lived at this address 18 mo. and have had terrible delivery service!!

I ordered a package with 2 day shipping from the USPS this past thursday, January 2nd 2014, and as of yet i haven't received said package. I did however get a tracking number which informed me that my package was here in Milford today as of 9ish this morning. I was assuming i'd be receiving said package later that day, but was surprised to see that my tracking info had been updated with a message saying that they had attempted to deliver the package and had left a notice on my door as of 4:46 pm, which is very strange considering i was laying on my couch 1 room over at 4:46 pm and heard no knock, no doorbell ring, no package, and not even a notice. This is the sort of thing that absolutely infuriates me. I'm incredibly dissatisfied with my entire usps experience and now have a much more real understanding as to why they are being continuously upstaged by FedEx and UPS.

Wondering why somedays the mailman delivers mail 2x & skips other days? Also my magazines arrive very late. I just rrecieved my nov issue of good house keeping & it is dec 14th! I live on commerce rd. Just worried I may be missing some stuff! Help
