Received 6 packages this year through manistee USPS that were damaged or opened, a couple completely unsalvageable.

I would like to know where to follow a complaint that goes beyond the local postmaster to his supervisor. This is an ongoing issue. Thanks

Tracking has noted a delivery to my mailbox at 3:49pm today, but nothing is there! I'm worried that it may have been delivered to the wrong mailbox by mistake, If that's the case, how do I know what happened to it ... if it's not delivered tomorrow? Tracking# 9574889687090495982973 Thank you,

I would like to know how to file a complaint against delivery person
Shortly after Christmas she failed to deliver a box here
We sent it . From Wisconsin because it was too heavy for me to lift due to back injuries
My brother who had shipped the box followed up and the response was that the delivery person did not feel that it was safe to leave outside my front door
What I received from her directing me to pick up the box stated that my two steps were too icy
That was all also stated to me in person when I saw her several days later at which time I informed her that there was no ice on my two steps and that the s now had been cleared every day
Check your records to confirm pleaseToday I left a large note on the door stating I had outgoing mail in my mailbox and requesting that she take it
Despite that she delivered my mail and left my outgoing in the boxI am now at a point that I want to file a formal complaint against this carrierI have for some time now only received mail every three days but even despite that as stated above she delivered mail today and despite my large request to take my mail it was ignored.
Please inform me how to proceed
I am partially disabled and cannot continue with these circumstances
I fell in the snow bank today when I had to go to the post office to drop the bill payment that had been in my mailbox.
I know that people tip their mail people a t Christmas time and I could not afford to do that this year and believe t h at is why she now does not fulfill her obligations to perform her services within the parameters of technology duties of the U.S. Postal Service.I would like to know how to make an official complaint here because my back problems have been extremely aggravated by the failure of your employee to do her job
I can be reached . At 2313987959You can check the facts v easily by looking at the conflicting records she filed regarding my early January delivery
