Why have a phone # if not answered. Called numerous times throughout the week, not answered once. :-(

Stick your voice mail where the sun does not shine!

So yeah, they really don’t answer the phone. I’ve called at least 10 times. We’re not getting mail delivered. I guess I’m gonna have to pack up the baby in this frozen weather to figure this out. Not pleased!

Don't say that , they work day and night for your relief but You always complain loudly, indifferent to anyone, you have to apologize first and then ask for help

They suck. They are never cordial towards me or happy in the least bit but the same faces have been there for years and the post ofice starts out at twice what im making. Im sure by now theres something to be happy about. They dont pick up the phone unless i continually call them and they will even pick up the phone just to hang it up. Ive waited months for my mail before and no one knew where it was at..turns out it was on a shelf where they had been keeping it and they didnt know why. Then i waited 2 months for my new mailbox key. They said they didnt have it but they had ot all along. Im always nice and polite to them and they even ignore me and walk away when i go in there. Or have a 10 minute conversation when theres a line .Theres more nonsense than there is good coming out of this location. When i lived in oxford i never had a single problem

Expecting a delivery of a prescription today 12/14/2017. It’s says no access. My snow is shoveled! What’s the deal? It doesn’t appear they even drove down Heights.

If there's one thing that the USPS should be proud of it's that if nothing else, they are consistent. They consistently provide the worst delivery service of all the delivery companies put together. The US as a whole would benefit tremendously if the government would just do what it should have done a long, long time ago....close down completely and pass the responsibility on to the private sector. Every.single.time I have a package coming from UPS, I know without a single doubt, it's gonna show up on time. If I'm unfortunate enough to have my package sidelined to the USPS then I know, without a doubt I will NEVER receive my packages on time. EVER!!!!

Your service sucks. I continually get poor service from whoever delivers on sundays. Never can find my address. I have 7 inch number by my front door. My deliveries go to my neighbors or do not show up. The latest is I live in a gated community, which I dont, and they cannot deliver. Union Morons!!!!

This post office needs a new postmaster, to shake up things there. I have had miss delivered mail, the clerks that waiting on you are in slow motion. I have tried to call them, also. They are definitely not customer friend. Wake up post office management, time for new management or new personnel in the Lake Orion's post office.

Amen to that! For the past year and a half I have had misdelivered mail. I have ordered jewlery that I never received but Post Office said it was delivered. It was misdelivered and never returned. Just received 3 letters meant for our neighbor and tried calling the post office 7 times - no answer. Mike the Postmaster is cool but if he's not there, everything goes to heck. Credit card bills missed so was charged late fees, retirement info received that should have gone to our neighbors, etc.

For the third time, I recieved notice that a tracked package was delivered, but it was not. Twice I was given lame excuses. Truck broke down, carrier got sick. But the only explanation of why it was noted "delivered" when it wasn't, was because there's no "button for broken down truck"! Then try to get them to answer a phone when I'm trying to track down the package?! They DONT answer the phone! So now I have to leave work, to go find out they pushed a button because there was no other button to push, and hopefully get my package today! The worst service ever!

Would be nice if the post office answered their phone during business hours. Having to call more than 5 times and still not getting to speak to someone is ridiculous
