I live at Bayberry Farms in Wyoming. EVERYTIME we have a substitute the mail is either lost or put somewhere else!! I'm looking for ANOTHER package and had to do the same last week. Now, I went back out to the mailbox because they are "looking" for the package and one side of the community mailbox is totally open. I took pictures and can't shut it!! The substitute carriers MUST pay attention to details!! Its getting ridiculous!! The regular carrier is great!

They lost my package, no one has any idea where my package is. I paid EXTRA to have it over nighted to me and this is now day three with no package that had a lot of value for me. I’m super upset. My package hasn’t checked in ANYWHERE along the way. I honestly think they lost my package or it was taken and I could just cry because no one is helping me. The only thing they say is they have no idea where my package is. I’m very disappointed with this transaction and if my package isn’t found I will never go through here again. That was irreplaceable from my grandma and I would just like someone to help me find it..... makes no sense the post office said “they must’ve not scanned it” before it left which I’m not sure how that legal which again really makes me think someone took my package.

I want to apologize to the gentleman who assisted me today, 4-20-2020. I never go to the post office - I am afraid I asked too many questions and was not aware that there was a lineup of customers behind me.
