How come nobody got mail in our apartments he or she drove right by didn't come in here why? Our highland blvd. Apt A. So nobody here at the Apartments got mail today??? Way?

i asked a question and got a very rude reply with a bad attitude. i go here a lot and i get the same treatment but this recent one was more than horrible.

Very rude and condescending employee. When attempting to apply for a passport was informed that they require appointments and pointed out one group made an appointment and another was there with no appointment. When I mentioned that the website indicated that they don't require appointments while others do, he said they have tried to change it for 5 years (?!). They have a banner outside the building advertising they accept passport applications - perhaps they should amend it to say *by appointment only. We had the gentleman behind us in line comment on the employee's attitude as we were leaving.
