Great job at the Harrison post office, always very polite and helpful tips for shipping. Dan the mailman does great job, snow, sleet, rain, you know the hazards. Thanks, we still need your service.

The post office here in Harrison, Michigan is horrible. The lady who drives the truck putting mail in mailboxes almost never closes our mailbox. Our mail (reminder important mail) has gotten wet various times because she is too lazy to take the time to close our mailbox!

On April 23rd I came into Post Office to mail somethings. One priority mail item & 3business sized envelopes, 2 of the envelopes were addressed to New Boston &Milan Mi. The 3rd was addressed to Lake Mi. Mind you Lake is just on the other side of Lake George. P.O. Worker ask if I needed tracking on envelopes, I declined the tracking,I paid the extra fee’s for the envelopes. What I had in the envelopes were face coverings that I made for some people,2 in each of the envelopes that were going downstate, 1 in the envelope going to Lake. As of today not one of these people received their envelope, it has been 16 days should I just assume they were stolen by a employee or do you have a answer as to were they are at. I already have mistrust in the P.O. & as much as I would like to see voting by mail,I’m worried the ballots won’t get to the poles in time, mind you 1 envelope was only going to Lake, Mi. I bless you all for the service you provide! My complaint is regarding a situation that has continued for last 4 weeks. Once the mail is delivered, our box has been continuously left open. We live on a very busy road, big trucks that go by suck the mail out of our box with the wind draft. All I ask is to please close our box, we have zero issues or problems with our mail box. It snaps shut easily. I’m not happy with finding my mail on the ground nor does it need to be in another’s hand! Period! Thank you!
